Now Offering Allergy Testing with a Difference!
I have always had a special interest in allergies and my research project during Homeopathic College was on... you guessed it! Allergies... So when I came across a course which not only is able to establish allergens, but then use Homeopathy to desensitise them, I knew that was a course I had to put under my belt!
Two weeks ago I spent the weekend in Monmouth completing my practical in allergy testing, I was very surprised to find out that i was allergic to almonds and spinach which i was adding to my smoothie every morning!! Since cutting them out of my diet, my energy is better and my skin is starting to clear! I was very pleased that I was not allergic to chocolate!
Some people know they react to certain foods, chemicals, insect bites etc, because they have an immediate reaction, whether it is a skin, respiratory, or digestive. Some reactions are not so obvious, and will weigh the immune system down, until the body cannot cope any more and responds with a more chronic problem, for example glandular fever or arthritis.
I now have a extensive range of vials of allergens from the most common allergens, such as grass pollens, milk, fish, lactose, house dust mite, moulds, candida to more unusual allergens such as BCG vaccine, viral meningitis, aluminium, cucumber, diesel fumes and many more!

Got on our bikes this morning and headed out for a circular ride, which took us from the cottage to Four Lanes via a big hill, then along the ups and downs of the Redruth to Helston road and beautiful views across the fields to the sea on the north coast, then turning left at Poldark Mine and back home along the back lanes. This was our water stop beside the old engine house just outside Porkellis. Felt good to be out.
Now I just have to fix the puncture my bike managed to pick up in the rear tyre!
Squeezing a couple of hours of beach time in before heading to Stithians tonight. We’ll be at Burleys Aquatics/Costcutter car park 5-8pm. This will be our last time there regularly as we’re doing events and festivals throughout July and August so if you don’t see our signs around it means we’re not there. If you do see them we’ll be there and we’ll also keep you updated on Instagram andFacebook. Thanks and have a great day in the sunshine! 🍕☺️🍕☺️🍕☺️🍕☀️☀️☀️
So I have a bit of a plan to pay for my gardening and buying a polytunnel, and that is to start selling my excess and to grow microgreens especially for markets and local people. Yesterday was an exciting day as I sold out at #stithians market. Thanks to all those people who are enjoying these awesome greens. You can also get some in the Stithians Costcutter. #market#microgreens#growyourownfood#eatlocal
