Stir fry veggies with Brown Rice & Quinoe.💟💟 Tonights Dinner...Green Beans, green onions, corn, carrots, green peas stir fried with whole spices, bayleaves, ginger garlic & cilantro paste, Mixed with cooked brown rice and quinoa.
Toor Dal (lentil soup) cooked with green chillies & finely cut ginger seasoned with curry leaves, cumin seeds, asofotida, red chillies. Garnished with cilantro.
Bhoodi Raita. (Chick pea) mixed with Fresh yogurt, ajwain seeds, roasted cumin seeds salt and sugar. Sprinkled with red chilli powder.

Thinking of what to make for dinner without spending time in the kitchen? Don't look further as you can make this beef and chicken stir fry rice in less than 30 minutes.
You will need
Beef and chicken strips
Green and red pepper strips
Stir fry sauce
Season your beef and chicken strips with salt and pepper. Stir fry till done, add onions, ginger, garlic, carrot, green and red pepper. Stir fry all together for a min or 2 then add the cooked rice, soy sauce and stir fry sauce. Combine all and let simmer for about 3 mins and it's all set. Bon appetit.

To recreate this recipe you will need:
1/2 shredded carrots
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup cut up tofu
1/3 cup cashews
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbs sushi seasoning
1 tbs ginger
1 tbs curry powder
1 cup whole wheat rice
1. Let veggies simmer on a pan in medium heat until they soften.
2. Combine cooked rice with veggies & add the soy sauce with spices.
3. Mix well together & let cook in low heat for 10-12 minutes until veggies are well combined.
4. Sprinkle salt, pepper & a bit of lemon juice.
Serve with lemon & cucumbers if you want & enjoy! 🍚😋⛩🧡
