•Brown rice water, make it as normal but add 3 cups extra of the water and remove and cool. It’s full of electrolytes, add lemon for flavour •Don’t over consume coffee, it dehydrates the cells
•Enjoy water filled fruits such as watermelon, cucumber, melons and grapes
•Use hydrating oils externally such as coconut oil or rose-hip for fine facial areas
•Avoid excess sugar as it causes dehydrated cells
•Drink room temperature water 20 minutes away from food (2-3L daily)
•Keep a large water bottle with you, always! And avoid buying plastics! @plasticoceans
