A common question asked, how much water should I drink per day? 💦💦 .
The simple answer, under general conditions, would be 1/2 of your body weight in ounces. For example if I weigh 200lbs then I would drink 100oz. Keep in mind, this is under normal conditions. When you start adding other factors such as the weather (summer time ), high physical exertion, excessive sweating, etc this number will increase. i bought #figi water a few days ago and i just finished it the water was smooth and very hydrating but i feel like i only feel that way because it was more expensive and something i don't usually get maybe the water tasted the same as any water i wouldnt honestly know. why do i enjoy what isn't easy to obtain? why does "no" push me to want a "yes"? i don't think i enjoy the #innocence anymore i think i like the #heartbreak until they leave and im stuck with myself. #stayhydrated 💙💜💗
