I started my fast 3 hours early today. Anyone else fasting? What's your goal? 8, 15, 24, 48 hours? Whatever your goal is stay hydrated and listen to your body! If you break your fast don't beat yourself up about it. Don't wait until the next day. Reset and start fresh. Keep going! We got this! 🙌
Our goal this week is to stay hydrated. We like to keep a water bottle with us at all times. It makes it a lot easier to consume the daily recommended amount of 8 glasses of water. 💧
