1 cup vegenaise, cashew cheese or other non-dairy thickener
1/2 medium avocado
1/4 cup basil leaves, roughly chopped
1 lemon, juiced
2-3 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. avocado or olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
We love this dressing in salads, but it's also great on just about anything savoury!

Eat in moderation is the mantra. 🔹Ghee’s not good for weight-loss also due to its high- calorie content. ⬛Refined Oils 🔹Refined oils are the purified vegetable oils. The vegetable oils are purified with chemicals . 🔹Refined oils are the equivalent of processed foods. And like fast foods they can be harmful to the digestive and respiratory systems. Refined oils have also been linked to cancer, diabetes, heart and kidney ailments, among others. 🔹A chemical nickel is used in the refining of vegetable oils. 🔹The positives of refined oils are that they have a higher smoke point. So, refined oils can be used for deep frying because they don’t break-down at lower temperatures. 👉Well it is certainly clear that Ghee is healthier than refined oils. Use ghee in moderation though, because it has lots of fats and calories.

Sunday Evening Distressing!! Lately my Body and my Mind don’t want to work together!! And it sux!! But today I had to force my body to move since I been under some health issues!! And boy did it feel great! If I can get it done so can YOU!! Knowing one day I might not be able to ever move due to RA which is a crippling disease that attacks those muscles,joints and list goes on! But you best believe I won’t allow my body to get that way!! This is why I love doing what I do with helping others reaching their health and fitness journey! I don’t ever talk about myself much but I am human and fight battles each day just like you!! Being a personal trainer has taught me so much about others and what our bodies can do and what you are capable to do believe it or not!
I don’t like pity never had and I don’t care who likes me or not or likes my fitness videos or motivation post!!! But you don’t know my story and why I choose to help others and their health!! I fought cancer and continue to do so!! Don’t talk much about it and what else I am going through. Life is so precious that’s why money should never be a issue when it comes to staying fit and healthy!! Wake up people, how do you complain to pay for something that is making your life healthier❗️❗️
I have flaws just like you I have tiger marks because I brought 4 healthy children into this world, I have cottage cheese and dimples ha ha but I ant perfect but best believe I am working my ass off to look how I want to look and feel healthier!!
