The last two weeks has been....🤐🤐🤐. I decided to breathe, to take off all the steam. So, I got into my space and produce exactly what I had envisioned. This honestly was therapeutic for me, I definitely showed these babies love, I meant to say, so much Love😍. So, I finally was able to bake 'The Banana Bread' with a few variants such as Oats, Cashew nuts and Sesame seeds. Thank you @sowgfoundation @chefdanielolurin that made this happen.
The entire process was super exciting, from purchasing all the ingredients to baking to seeing the produce get into the oven and finally the End Product had me reliving #WESTCalabar2018 . Guess what? My babies sold out! This one's I love!

There is a noticeable chill in the air here in Victoria, and the days are getting damp and windy. The perfect time to start a pot of bone broth bubbling on the stove to keep me healthy and nourished this winter.
Bone broth is a great source of bio-available and easy to digest nutrients such as minerals (magnesium, calcium, iron, etc.), trace minerals, protein, gelatine, collagen, amino acids, and glucosamine to name a few.
Drinking bone broth regularly can support a health gut and immune system by reducing inflammation and healing the gut lining. Joint health is also affected as it helps to improve tissue integrity and reduce inflammation and joint pain. It also promotes hair, nail, and skin health.
I love adding bone broth to all of my soup and stew recipes. Here I am making a chicken bone broth with carrots, celery, onion, nettle leaf, bay leaves, and apple cider vinegar.
It is important to use high quality bones and vegetables in your bone broth. I get my bones from @ravenstonemeats and organic veggies from @rootcellar . •

Es ist noch gar nicht so lange her da habe ich einen Großteil des Tages an Essen oder eher gesagt „nicht Essen“ gedacht. Leider waren es oftmals keine positiven Gedanken. Ich habe mich ständig selber fertig gemacht warum ich dies oder jenes gegessen habe obwohl ich das doch nicht sollte. Meine selbstaufgelegten Regeln orientierten sich meist an anderen Menschen und wie sie sich ernähren. Dadurch das ich die Regeln so gut wie nie einhalten konnte war ich immer unglücklich und habe ich als Versager angesehen. Heute bin ich deutlich entspannter weil ich das esse was ICH möchte und was mir schmeckt. Ich mache mir meine eigenen Regeln und habe wieder Spaß am Essen.
