my summer office/study. 🌻👌☉ reconnecting with nature whenever I can just helps me so much to centre, ground and balance. Not to mention the vitamin D boost you get from exposing yourself to the sun regularly.
. ↘Vitamin D functions:
☉ boosts immune system
☉ for efficient absorption of nutrients (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, etc.) ☉ reduces depression
☉ helps weight loss ☉ fights disease .
☉ also does Vitamin D influence our hormones: D-ficiency causes low estrogen levels in women and testosterone levels in men which affects sex drive and libido. Hence the ☉ sun is another reason for those hormone levels to be at their peak usually during the summer months. .
🛇 Beware of "sun bathing" - we are not meant to be in direct sunlight exposure when the sun is the highest. (Look at animals natural instincts: they seek share during the hottest times of the day!), this is where skin cancer actually comes in due to too intense sun exposure, perhaps more than through the chemical sunscreen. Healthiest times to soak up some rays are (depending on where in the globe you are) up to 10AM and between 2PM-4PM.☉👌
Entering a very humbling season of parenthood where my attitude and general vibes are reflected immediately in my three year old; this can often lead to a spiral of crankiness remedied only by the ocean & a good climb 💆🏽♀️ #alwayslearning
Practice - without - Commitment, is a waste of energy.
Eye know who Eye am, and stay true to myself, and Eye stand firm in the path Eye have chosen for myself.
Keep Your Back Straight🌀
By Keeping Good Posture, it helps me to stay conscious of my body and its movements. Eye also feel it helps with aligning my chakras.
Love is an abundant source of energy that is everlasting and infinite. Show love to everyone because we all need it! Show love to yourself because YOU need it too! We are all just another source of energy that too, is infinite. Love yourself cause you are doing the best you can, all that you know how to do. And you're doing just fine...🌱
This too, is an abundance of energy that flows throughout this life. Take time to honor the people, animals, and everything in your life, because all of it is for you. This life, is for you - it is for Eye - and all who inhabits this magical multi-dimensional realm.
These words Eye still practice, each moment, each day.. Through triumphs and mistakes, good days and bad days..
These words help me find my balance.🕉

🚨“If you’re willing to accept someone’s option, then you’re accepting their way of life as your own.” 💯OPINIONS NEVER PUT A DOLLAR IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. I decided that it’s hard to learn how to be a psychologist from a plumber... or to learn how to run business from a college professor who’s never run a business... 🤨 You might’ve experienced closed-mindedness from people you know. Friends or family. They’ll say things like, “learning online is a scam” and “you need a degree to make money.” 🤭
Pretty much, people who are 100% doubtful of opportunities have a closed mind. Don’t get me wrong! I’m not telling you to believe everything you hear. That would be silly 🙅🏽♂️ But, at least have an open mind when you hear about something new 🤷🏽♂️ In fact, a large proportion of the Forbes list dropped out of college. You won’t find essential keys to success in school. The reason why is because teachers can only teach to the extent of what they know. And since most teachers have a hard time making money, they’re not going to have the best money-making advice. That’s just the reality. 📉Change your circle, change your outcome! #viifigurethoughts#staygrounded#deepdiver#thankful#forex#entrepreneur#entrepreneurship#thinkandgrowrich#business#growth#life#success#gains#compoundinterest#trading#focus#persistence#patience#hustle#photography#views#lifestyle#marketing#photography#goals
When I go out for my long runs, I have a loooot of time to think😊 So I thought I'll share my latest epiphany (in case anyone is interested). It goes like this: "If you talk to someone and you speak your truth, you are 100% right. ...and at the same time you are completely wrong."
Let me explain that: I think it's important to speak your truth. To listen inside, to know your values and live life accordingly. So when I get challenged by a conversation, interaction,... here is what I try to do (doesn't always work out that way but I tell myself that what matters is that I've tryed😅): .
1) Take a deep breath. It will create space to act consciously, rather than reacting based on the emotion that starts to rise (regardless of if it's fear, anger, frustration, sadness,... it's just an emotion - it's not who you really are) .
2) Lean back into yourself, make sure you feel your roots.
3) Speak your truth with the awareness, that you are not your emotions. It will open up more space for kindness.
4) L I S T E N ! ! ! (= this is the important piece) I'm not talking about listening to your own thoughts, going on and on in your head, spiraling around how you could possibly say the same thing again, just slightly different, so the other one gets your point. You made your point. Now it's your turn to truly(!) listen.
Be curious: What is the other one trying to tell you? Where are they coming from, what is their story? What could have shaped their truth and reality? Is there something else that you might be missing, that is important? ... When you have something to say, you want people to respect you for who you are, you want them to accept you and on the deepest level, you want to be loved. We all want to be accepted and loved. So why do we look in conversations for the things that separate us, rather then ones that connect us? If we hold space for others, we can learn from each other, we can grow together, we can create a way of being together that is kind, respectful. We don't have to look down on someone just because we think we are right and they are wrong. There is more than one truth. Just listen.
I found this cute restaurant. Well I usually walk past it, but a few day ago something pulled me inside. It was hunger. 🤣
And they had these cute sayings on napkins, the wall, on these leather placemats. Very #posh
And the food was amazing!
It got me thinking....what if I’d never let my intuition guide me inside.
I would have never known they serve delicious brunch cocktails or that their brunch is yummy!
Where have you followed your intuition recently?
🌜#Empathy 🌛is the reason why I should check in with myself first before saying how I genuinely feel about one thing or another.
I am embarking on the learning journey of becoming a qualified and accredited coach, - a goal as big as dream. And with this post I am starting a series of #reflection#notes 💫
Whether it is #journaling , #diary of personal achievements, or a simple log of my progress. It helps me #staygrounded , be aligned with my values and #myTrueSelf . But most importantly, it helps me stay in tune with my real feelings and stay clear of other peoples’ “stuff” that inevitably rubs on empathetic individuals.
I can’t wait to breathe that fresh mountain air next month. I haven’t found anything comparable to how therapeutic it is to be surrounded by mountains, realizing how small I am. Always brings me back to earth. 🏔
The best thing you can do in this world and for your career is to bet on yourself. You do that by planning, being consistent, and believing in yourself (amongst other small things). These are your words of affirmation and your light on this gloomy Monday morning.
