2. Eat before going out 🍲Doing this will help overeating at the 13 Christmas parties your invited to. 
3. Get rid of 'all or nothing' mindsets❌This happens all the time. We create a snowball effect with our bad eating habits and we throw in the towel for the year. Don’t procrastinate because it won’t get easier in the New Year!!! 4. Plan 📝 and remember there is always time and opportunity for a workout. A short 15-30 min HIIT session will go a long way. We can all find that time in our 24 hour day.

I have gotten so use to the slight sweetness in butternut squash and spaghetti squash that this has NO TASTE besides the spices that you top it with.
Although it was filling and perfect with the combination of garlic and Vinagerette on the green beans! 😉

How about Homemade Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic Soup using Chicken Bone Broth!,
Oh, I am anticipating our /Florida's "winter" weather to Eat Clean and Healthy. 
This soup was very Creamy and tasteful! I combined 1/4 cup of coconut milk along with about 3/4 cup of Bone Broth. It definitely had that Roasted Garlic kick blending with the sweetness of the butternut squash! This will be another go to food during our cooler weather! 😉😙

Maybe you’ve heard it before, but the hardest part about getting in shape is: keeping a consistently clean nutrition.

With the holiday season in full force and the temperatures dropping, its very easy to get complacent about what you eat, being a little more lenient here or there.
.
Here is my advice, there are 3 days that are true holidays: Halloween👻, Thanksgiving🦃, and Xmas🎁. You CAN enjoy yourself on those days, but ONLY on those days. What do I mean? on Halloween, eat the candy, on Thanksgiving, eat the (vegan) Turkey, on Xmas, have the dinner. But make sure to throw away the candy when Halloween is over (don’t buy the ones that are on sale), don’t cook food for a village when you’re only feeding 4 on thanksgiving, and don’t go all out at EVERY Christmas party.

If you do this, by New Year’s 🥂, I promise you: losing weight won’t be one of your resolutions!

Maybe you’ve heard it before, but the hardest part about getting in shape is: keeping a consistently clean nutrition. . With the holiday season in full force and the temperatures dropping, its very easy to get complacent about what you eat, being a little more lenient here or there. . Here is my advice, there are 3 days that are true holidays: Halloween👻, Thanksgiving🦃, and Xmas🎁. You CAN enjoy yourself on those days, but ONLY on those days. What do I mean? on Halloween, eat the candy, on Thanksgiving, eat the (vegan) Turkey, on Xmas, have the dinner. But make sure to throw away the candy when Halloween is over (don’t buy the ones that are on sale), don’t cook food for a village when you’re only feeding 4 on thanksgiving, and don’t go all out at EVERY Christmas party. . If you do this, by New Year’s 🥂, I promise you: losing weight won’t be one of your resolutions! . Who is ready to stay lean this holiday season? 🙋🏾‍♀️

I did a 3 month long prep for this show and guess what? 2 months out from the show I had my wedding and then my hubby and I went on our honeymoon to the all inclusive resort with 15 swim up bars 🙈😉 Did I have some of my wedding cake on my wedding day? Of course I did! Did I enjoy our amazing all inclusive resort? Absolutely!
The 🔑 is to jump right back to your meal plan and exercise routine. Your body is smart and your body doesn’t want to feel like shit. Just trust your body, drink a lot of water, and enjoy your holidays 🎄🍾🍰

🎅The two most critical holidays are coming, after which mass weight loss and diets begin. 🍏
Why don't you avoid those last kilograms with just a few tricks:
- Start the day with a short workout or a high-intensity interval training, #HIIT, that will take you only #30minutesaday.
The morining workout will #boostyourmetabolism, will give you more time for the rest of the day and you will not be able to make excuses.
- Start the day with a healthy and light breakfast - for example, seasonal fruits that will activate your digestion.
- Don't stay hungry and don't miss your snacks because they will keep you full.
- Drink 1-2 cups of water before you sit down at the table. #Hydrate between meals.
- Plan what you will eat - do not fill the plate spontaneously with everything you want. The food is there and will not run away, you have plenty of time to try everything, so separate what you want to try between different meals.
- Focus on more salads (vegetables) and meat or on salad and meatless dishes (don't mix the types of foods).
- Walk - go for a walk in the morning, in the evening and even better right after eating.

That is why doing HIIT workouts this time of year is a must!  With so many obligations, little time is left to exercise.  Remember, some exercise is better than no exercise.
