Arm day today.💪 All you need are a couple sets of dumbbells.
Do each pair of exercises back to back without rest. Repeat for 4 rounds then move on to the next pair.
Be sure to drop weight for the B exercise in each set and focus on slow, mindful reps.

I remember him now... 😒🍊 He's the guy I saw beating up his girlfriend outside a bar when I was rolling a blunt packed with cherry bomb but I stopped when I saw him wacking his girl like she was a man.. I hope she is not still with him because if I didn't stop the brutal attack on her, she could of been seriously hurt or worse off.. 😐 Dead.. 😐 You know what.. 😐 I'm out of here I'm thinking. So I did it I joined the 5am club! Do you know what, it wasn't that hard and as an added bonus my fitness tracker watch beeped to tell me I had achieved my daily fitness goal and that was before 6am!! So I already had a win before most were even awake! But it's not only about discipline or maximizing time, it was also about fasted running.
To put it simply it means running on an empty stomach. The reason why is to train your body to use fat for fuel. In the morning your glycogen levels are low, forcing the body to burn fat. Training this way can even increase your glycogen storage capacity. So it helps you burn fat longer and when it runs out and you need to burn carbs you will have a bigger storage to withdraw from!
But.... This should be done sparingly and on your low intensity days. So level 2 runs and below. Doing intervals or other high intensity work will not go well without the proper fuel. As you need to get the most from every training session, doing intervals fasted will only short change your efforts.
In summary if you want to loose weight, be able to run longer without the need to stuff sugar in your mouth, then sporadic fasted runs could be for you. As with everything, listen to your body as it won't work for everyone.
