What’s your body type? :
:.......... Body Types
The human body is complex and each and every one of us has a unique physiology, so there will never be one specific “workout” or “diet” that will give everyone the same results. Many athletes will train and diet completely different with the same end state goal and this is due to a funny thing called genetics. Genetics are molecular blueprints that instruct your body, it’s the physique you are given from your ancestors’ DNA, but this is not something you’re com- pletely stuck with. You just have to learn how to properly train, and eat, for the goal you want, given the genetics you possess. Any body type can be fit and shredded, but you have to work within the perimeters of your body type.
There are 3 major body types that define your genetic physical build: Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph. An Ectomorph is someone who is skinny, has long lanky limbs, and a long torso. These people have an extremely fast metabolism, so their body is always burning up fat, as well as muscle. They are known as “Hard Gainers”, because it’s very hard for them to gain muscle or fat.
On the polar opposite you have Endomorphs—someone who has a thicker bone structure with a larger body mass. These people have a slow metabolism and will gain fat and muscle quite easily. Typically they have great natural strength and power, but not much muscle definition. Obesity can become a problem for these indi- viduals.
The final body type is right in the middle of the two—a Mes- omorph’s metabolism is middle-of-the-road. They are not bulky, nor skinny, just in between. #Knowyourself#healthylifestyle#letsgetunlimitd#dontdolimitd Fit #Fitness#Muscle#getright#burn#weight#lift#workout#grind#early#hustle#body#bodybuilder#teamUnlimitd#UnlimitdPerformance#getUnlimitd#stayUnlimitd#liveUnlimitd#osounlimitd
