If I bother to have menu at my wedding it will most likely have this design. Anyone else love simplicity? 💛 I’ve already started figuring out what I want to do with signage 😂 Can’t wait to start creating soon 😬
We’ve started designing our wedding website too! Prototyped by me and created by Troy ✨💫 Happy Monday everyone! To those in New Zealand enjoy Labour Day! 💛 It’s so beautiful in Dunedin! I am about to head to the beach! 🏖 - Hannah x
I need to find more of these shirts in every color. I 🖤 vintage tops. One thing about working from home...it’s very tempting to stay in my pjs and bum it because I can, but you know what, it’s so crucial to me for my own self confidence, productivity, and daily optimism to just get dressed anyways. Even if it’s not always dressed UP. I feel better so I DO better when I make that extra effort every day even though I don’t have to. Now do I have some lounge days here and there? Of course, and in those winter months? Absolutely! What are some little self care things that boost your self confidence?
Hi! Happy Sunday! Finally got some new shots of myself for my website and other things. For those of you who are new, I’m Faye! Designer and illustrator behind Olive & Company. Momma of two little girls, Olive and Frida Jean. Painter, illustrator, designer. I work from home in my studio filling orders, drawing and scheming, and Pinteresting. I draw inspiration from many things, vintage fashion and art, textiles, and of course nature and wild life. Life is good, I get to draw every day while raising my babies at home. While it may have its challenges it is also very rewarding and I’m thankful for the way things are. I hope you enjoy following this crazy journey of mine. Have a lovely rest of your Sunday friends! I’m not very good at resting. Sitting still and not having an agenda isn’t something I can do well! I like to always be working on some kind of task. So when I caught a cold from Aaron a few days ago, I tried to push through it like nothing was different (this is my default mode when sick - just act like I’m not sick and get on with life as usual) and ended up hitting a wall yesterday afternoon. I got home from working and running errands and crashed, and I’ve pretty much been laying in bed ever since! All of this is a long way of saying that our bodies are so good at letting us know when we need rest, and it’s so important to listen to them. I have spent more hours laying in bed (watching Gilmore Girls and eating bowls of pasta and wearing my worn-out linen pants with huge holes) than I have in years. It’s been such a good weekend, cold and all, and I’m thankful for the rest I’ve had that I didn’t even know I needed!
