Afternoon insta 💕 I swear I’ve been having a bad mood since I woke up . Just woke up with negative thoughts . Well what a coincidence my day turned out being filled with negative energy. I can’t stress how important it is to start your day positively and on the right mindset ! It sets the mood for your entire day. I’m about to stop checking my phone 📱 when I wake up. I’m gonna take 30 mins to sit and prepare myself mentally for the day and fill my head with all the positive thoughts I can. I woke up feeling distracted and a little down on myself this morning. BUT since happiness is a choice I chose to practice my daily ritual and spoke aloud some positive affirmations and I feel like I’m finally back on the right track heading to happy town. 🚂 -
I’ve come to terms with the part of my personality that feels like I’m never doing enough. It’s a part of me that will always be there, I just have to tell it “thanks for the reminder, but I’ve got this and you aren’t welcome in my office today. Mmmkay bye!” -
