6. Promote through: parents, friends, local shops, local newspapers, online (gumtree, social media groups, etc)
7. Make sure you manage your time efficiently and only take on what you can manage
8. Always ask parents to review your service on your website/Facebook

I've noticed lately that there are so many of us who have an inner bully. It's something I've been pondering on for quite some time and I had a thought I'd like to share.
Think about the things your inner bully says to you.
Now think of a child you're close to and how you would feel if someone said those things to them.
You're mad, right? Because it's not ok. No one deserves to have those things said to them. So why do we say these things to ourselves?
Let's turn it around! For every negative thought about yourself, find 3 things you like.

Current struggle: It’s been a while that I can’t stick to my healthy diet anymore. I’ll eat good during the week but end up having junk on the weekend. I thought if I did it before it would be easy but it hasn’t been easy at all.. And it’s not like I’ve gained back any weight (well maybe a few pounds lol )or think I’m gonna gain it all back...it’s more like just a goal I have and want to be able to do again 😕🙄
