Education✨ something that is so damn important for every part of life! Not just a “schooling” type education but LIFE! You will never know it all, but there is something so amazing about learning more on something you didn’t, delving into a subject you are interested in or that affects our lives or those around us! Educating yourself on your friends and your family, educating yourself on things that affect the environment, educating yourself on what your favourite food might be doing to you 👀👀 and so much more, it literally never ends! I could sit down, read and research all day every day if could! But for now.... I’ll be spending the next 10 hours at work😩😫 HAPPY SUNDAY👑🐺
"Howzit Tribe.... Here I'm with the man....my Elite Coach this morning for my first assessment for the July challenge.
It's been a while since I've seen him due to my medical set back but what a warm welcome and sommer felt like home like I never was gone from my family.... I was scared to see the damage but as you can see it's not that bad....I kept my head and so kept my weight down...sjoe for once I don't have to start all over again what a relief.
It just show me that since I've stayed on Body Guru's challenges this year my weight hasn't sky rocketed like always. No more yo-yo dieting....my body is starting to stabilize and it's becoming a lifestyle.
No more quick fixes or crash diets trying to fool yourself.....only hard work and discipline.
Thanks Coach and Body Guru's team you are doing something right and yeah baby it works for me.

Becauseeeeee this was my first ever attempt and it was scary lol. I recorded myself because I had no idea what I was doing or if I had correct technique and I wanted to make sure I was 😂😂😂
Two points to this:
1) Uhm these will end you lol. Legs on fire heart rate on fire but in the best way. If you aren’t doing these get doing them!!! If this height is too much for you go to a height that’s comfortable for you :)
2) I would’ve never felt comfortable doing these if I hadn’t just gone for it. Sitting there contemplating whether I should go for it is not as effective as just doing the damn thing 😂 yeah it feels weird and sometimes you catch stares but like 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ I go to the gym to feel bomb and crush my workout not to care what joe to my right is thinking 😂
If you’re also feeling a bit intimidated like I was just choose a not so crowded area at the gym to practice or even at home if you have steps (great way to ease into it). Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is where the party’s at 🙌👏🏻
What’s one move you do now with ease that took you some time to work up to? Because believe it or not we allllll experience this at one point or another 🤪
