Motivation fades and i don't care how inspired you to feel right now, eventually, something will probably go wrong, you'll make some mistake or you didn't lose those 5 pounds you wanted to this week or any number of things that will come and try to knock you on your ass.
But if you can practice discipline you will conquer every single thing life tries to throw at you!!
You may not be the most disciplined person in the world right now but that's cool, neither was I not so long ago. everyone starts somewhere and you always have time to change.

The first time I bought a tub of protein I was 17. That's almost 20 years ago! I have tried almost everything and anything out there from whey concentrates, casein, blends, isolates, vegan proteins and I enjoy many of them.
However, lately one that I have been enjoying a lot is HydroPro by Athletic Alliance. As a trainer and coach there are three major things I look for in a protein product.

PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) atau sindrom ovarium polikistik merupakan kondisi terganggunya fungsi ovarium pada wanita yang berada di usia subur.Kondisi ini menyebabkan hormon wanita yang menderita PCOS menjadi tidak seimbang karena hal-hal yang tidak diketahui.Tanda-tanda awal PCOS adalah masa ovulasi atau subur yang tidak beraturan, meningkatnya kadar hormon pria (androgen) dalam tubuh wanita, dan munculnya banyak kista (kantong berisi cairan) pada ovarium. Jika seorang wanita mengalami setidaknya dua dari tiga tanda awal itu, maka kemungkinan ia mengidap PCOS.
Gejala PCOS Biasanya gejala-gejala PCOS akan semakin jelas terlihat ketika wanita memasuki usia 16 sampai 24 tahun. Beberapa gejala-gejala umum PCOS adalah:
*.Pertumbuhan rambut yang berlebihan,biasanya di punggung, bokong, wajah, atau dada.
*.Kesulitan untuk hamil.
*.Rambutkepalarontok atau menipis.*.Berat badan bertambah.
*.Menstruasi tidak teratur.
Dalam setahun frekuensi menstruasi lebih sedikit, atau jumlah darah yang dikeluarkan saat menstruasi lebih banyak.
1 WEEK OUT:🏃♀️
All the hard work has been done and dusted!! for this years half marathon race at Mount Evelyn.
I’m exactly 1 week out from race day and now it’s time to push down on the “breaks” and back off my training.
It comes in the form of taper, a time to cut back your kilometres, slow down your legs and take a much deserved pre-race break.
I don’t taper too much...yes, you can have too many rest days and then end up feeling sluggish.
If your new to running “taper” is a gradual reduction in load so that the body can recover from the accumulated fatigue produced by hard training.
Every runner is different. So to make sure a taper works for you, it’s best to work with a plan based on your goals, pace and overall training strategy.
But generally speaking a marathon taper usually takes place during the 3 to 2 weeks leading up to race day.
More advanced runners normally stick to a 2 week taper.
During this time you pull back kms each week, anywhere from 10 to 20 percent.
So for an example coming off a 17km- to -20km long run, your next two weeks of long runs might be 14km- to 16-km and then 10 to 12 km.
I would also suggest taking these runs at a slower pace during taper in order to keep your energy levels high and reduce fatigue on the body.
I hope this has been a helpful tip to others in their final weeks of preparation to race day.
