Traveling this holiday? No time to make that 1 hr class? Don’t worry! There are numerous ways to sneak in your fitness.
The first Option is just take the stairs! Up and down 14 flights will get you breathing and moving. Add your suitcases to make it seem like farmers walks.
Another great option is against a 10 min clock try and do as many body weight moves you can. They can be in sets of 10, till failure, or however you choose. Just keep moving. This works as a great warmup too if you want to do a bigger workout.
Just remember when traveling any type of movement or workout is better than nothing. So carve a little time out and do something to get you sweating!

Travel Series Day 7 - Paris, France 🇫🇷 (Second rendition) . . .
This city has many admirers who, throughout history, have spoken to the many beauties of Paris. I don’t know if I’ve got that one aspect that I like about the city, but the two things I like most are the Sacré-Cœur and @pinkmamma_paris ! Two very different parts of Paris (one is a Romano-Byzantine style basilica and the other a 4-floored themed restaurant) that show the old and new of the city! . . .
