Definitely recommend doing these. They will tear your quads and glutes apart.

Don’t really need a high weight! All that matters is a slow and controlled movement, and knees straight in line with the toes.

-Leg press x14,12,10
-Single leg-leg extensions 3x15
-Sissy squat ‘1.5reps’ 3x12
-Seated calf raises 2x15

Give it a try if you are lacking in the quad and calf department.
If you aren’t... then give it a go anyway, the ‘1.5 rep’ sissy squat finisher is a killer!

I've added a slight pause at the bottom of the rep and moved my feet back to try and engage my chest and use more of a leg drive. I'll soon be breaking my previous 1RM of 115kg.

(Basé entre autre sur les études du Dr Baumeister) ✅Faites le “mindfulness” quand vous mangez : prenez le temps de savourer chaque bouchée. Si vous ne comptez pas vos kcal/macro essayez au moins d’estimer vos quantités quotidiennes. ✅Prenez des photos de ce que vous mangez juste avant, surtout lorsque c’est équilibré. ✅Lorsque vous avez envie de malbouffe vous pouvez calmer cette envie en regardant des photos des aliments désirés (cela ne marche pas pour tout le monde mais prenez 1 semaine ou 2 pour expérimenter). ✅Cherchez des moyens de modifier votre environnement en supprimant tous les paramètres qui vous empêche d’adopter un mode de vie sain (pourquoi passer par le rayon gâteaux si vous savez que c’est mauvais pour vous ?). ✅Après avoir manger un repas qui fit votre diet ou après un entraînement prenez un temps pour penser à ce que vous y avez apprécié. ✅Si vous vous sentez stressés prenez un temps pour effectuer des exercices au poids du corps et prenez une collation correspondant à votre diet. ✅Entourez-vous de personnes qui embrassent le même mode de vie que vous. Motivez vos amis à faire de même. ✅Si vous faites un “cheatmeal” essayez d’avoir une petite quantité dans l’assiette. ✅Ne paniquez pas si vous ne parvenez pas à résister à la tentation. I decided to call it quits early for a couple of reasons... I was so stoked with my timing, my fitness/endurance, and my headspace (I was amazed at the headspace, esp as it was on a treadmill and not out in open air!) .... amazingly no blisters, and no sore back, but my wee leggies (ankles and knees) well and truly blew out 💣!! Given that I don’t really have the time to lay on my back for the rest of the month, I got myself to 3/4 of the way and bowed out... and the bow out was at least still reasonably graceful. 👍
13 hours and 50 mins..... 75km ..... 3862 calories burned!!!!
A sense of personal achievement, but also in regard to my purpose, a sense of gratefulness that I am able to attempt such a thing.... you will be back fighting fit before we know it Ash Boy!!! Perseverance, power of the mind and solid support... 💪”

At work, at the gym, being a mom and role model to my daughter. I want her to grow up knowing that strong is beautiful. More so I want her to know that she is beautiful and should r ever be ashamed to BE HERSELF 🎀💗 On another note I’ve added 20 minutes of cardio in 3X a week and I’ve actually been enjoying it... weird 🙃
