I kind of let my ego and the pre workout kick get the best of me on the deadlifts. Not that it was painful, but I have a slight rounding of the spine. I didn’t fully engage my lats and upper back and more or less muscles through this set. I knew it immediately after I completed my 3rd rep. Something small I’ve been working on; Setting my back! Engaging the lats, chest up. I let it slide here and that’s my bust!
The squats focus - technique, bar speed! Rest was kept at about 2.15m between sets. My goal is to one day get to point in my training where I don’t have to think about every little detail from the set up, to the descent, out of the hole, and ascend! A lot of things go through my head as I perform each step and maybe that leads me to over think or overcompensate too much on one detail or another.

I get many compliments on my triceps. I love weighted dips and it shows. But I didn’t like legday until prob 6 months ago, so as I was doing my pull day (I need to get my heels flat on these rows) I wanted to show that I am not afraid to showcase my weak points. Keep improving yourselves my friends!
