The leg with the foot on the chair is the one doing the work to propel your hips off the floor.
* 15 Hip Thrusts: Keep both feet on the chair and really squeeze your glutes at the top.
* 20 Ceiling Kicks: Hips move up and down while each leg extends foot toward the ceiling.. * 20 Marches: Keep your hips steady at the top while alternating right/left knee tucks to chest.. * 15 Pulses on each side: Right foot stays on the chair and hips stay up high while the left leg moved straight up and down. Do both sides. It should only take a few inches of movement to really feel it working your buns..
* 15 Diamond Lifts: Soles of your feet together, knees out,  use your inner thigh muscles as well as glutes to lift your hips.

Straight outta the gym - totally unglamorous, sweaty, legs shaking, HUMP DAY snap for you 😂🍑 I'm so dead but feel SO good... 😁 I haven't trained for nearly a WHOLE WEEK which is unheard of 😭 But I have not been myself recently. I got caught up in the wrong situation these past few months which has not benefited my life or my progress but actually undone so much of my work mentally and physically that I've been working on for myself 😐🤨 I am so mad at myself for being dragged down a level which has just made me go even more into my shit mindset that I've kept trying to get out of 👎🏽 I've accidentally (on purpose!) let myself gain more weight than I wanted, found any and every excuse to miss a workout and been too easily persuaded to drink alcohol at any opportunity 🍸 Any of you who have followed me over the past year or so will know this is NOT me 😭 but I am seeing the positive and using this as an opportunity to turn it back around again and set more goals for myself to absolutely smash 👊🏽 I've learnt that I need to stick around people who train, want a healthy lifestyle and people who are a positive affect on my life, career, well being and progress which from now is my focus again 😊💕 We can't always be our best versions and life throws us a few bad things and selfish people just to test us and it can be shit. But ultimately life is a journey so it has it's ups and downs and that's all they are. If you handle them correctly you'll smash anything that comes your way 👊🏽 My new goal is to lose about 15lbs but maintain the peach as much as I can so I am going to start blogging again to help anyone else doing similar 😊🍑 the only good thing that's come out of this situation is the booty has grown A LOT 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️ to start my blogging days again workout from today (swipe ➡️➡️➡️➡️)

Let’s talk about squats! (Sorry my photo doesn’t match but whatever 🤷🏼‍♀️)
I am constantly seeing this argument about parallel vs. deep squats and would like to throw my two cents out there 👌🏼
I am probably the most inflexible person on the face of the earth — this makes “ass to the grass" deep squats next to impossible for me. I meet so many people that have the same problem and they are constantly hearing (usually from random gym bros on the internet 😫), “get lower get lower, you’re doing it wrong!" but for some people, getting lower causes a severe degradation of form due to inflexibility. ❌❌
In my personal opinion, it’s always better to maintain good form than go lower with bad (and even dangerous) form. 💯
It takes time to improve flexibility, and the average person is not going to be able to put their booty on their ankles the first time they try a squat (and some people never will, that’s okay too!) 😁👌🏼
The truth is, the better choice between deep squats and parallel squats is — “which works for YOU?” Which version are you able to do without sacrificing form and risking injury? If you can go all the way to the floor, awesome!! Good for you, do that! If you can’t, don’t! That’s okay too, you’ll make improvements either way! Over time, you will likely notice your flexibility and strength improving. If you get frustrated because you can't drop it low, you're a million times more likely to quit. 👎🏼
So the real question is, what’s better? No squats at all or parallel squats? And I think we all know the answer to that 👌🏼🍑
