Sometimes you just have to grin and bear it. 🍺.
Today was my last long tempo before #goldcoastmarathon in two weeks. We went 15km at 3.30 pace, 10min relaxed and 10km at 3.20ish.
There was the standard Wellington wind but the squad relished some much needed sunshine and warmer temperatures (first photo is representative of pretty much every other day of this last month).
In saying that, the only real Spring I will rely on in the next couple weeks will be @myspringenergy_nzau gels which have powered a lot of my workouts and races in recent months, including two half marathon PBs.
Thank you to all those who have supported me in the lead up to my marathon debut. The hard work is done and I'm ready to lay it all on the line at #gcm2018#cantbeatwellingtononagoodday
With summer just around the corner, there are endless adventures to chase. Let the good times roll! 👍🏼
#tbt to my first road marathon earlier this month. A PR, a division first place, and a top 25 overall finish. Anything is possible if you stay in the race. Believe, stay present, keep pushing, and most importantly, enjoy each moment you can. Now let’s go have some fun! #goodvibes#summer#adventureawaits#havefun#marathon

Read on the blog what you can do to with your front door, windows, kitchen, bedrooms, and diet to support yourself, family, and home this spring! Link in profile.
