3-Way Zucchini Noodle & Pork Chipotle! Wow.
So I had 3 zucchinis (or courgettes) and my spiraliser has 3 different settings so I decided to use all 3 to make this masterpiece! The whole dinner came to: 512kcals, 69g Protein, 30g Carbs and 15g Fat.
I fried off some pork in a little coconut oil and Amazon chipotle sauce, then added my zucchini along with some spinach & spring onions. Once it was all cooked I removed it from the heat, mixed in half a tub of quark and a little more chipotle sauce, then served it garnished with chilli flakes and black pepper! Will DEFINITELY be making this again!
