I have officially reached DAY 80! These past 13 weeks have absolutely flown by. I can’t believe just like that it’s all over!
I’m sure you guys thought I’d have some long motivational post, but I’ll save that for the transformation photos coming this week 😉
TRANSFORM:20 next! 😆
You have more strength in you than you realize. There is greater strength in unity. “Courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand, the spines of others are often stiffened.”

Have you ever taken a stand for someone you witnessed being bullied?

Take a page from Pooh and be sure to check in on your friends and family, especially this time of year. It can truly be tough. Know that I’m always here to help any of you in any way and I hope you’ll be there for others too 💕 •
It occurred to Pooh and Piglet that they hadn't heard from Eeyore for several days, so they put on their hats and coats and trotted across the Hundred Acre Wood to Eeyore's stick house. Inside the house was Eeyore. "Hello Eeyore," said Pooh. "Hello Pooh. Hello Piglet," said Eeyore, in a Glum Sounding Voice. "We just thought we'd check in on you," said Piglet, "because we hadn't heard from you, and so we wanted to know if you were okay." Eeyore was silent for a moment. "Am I okay?" he asked, eventually. "Well, I don't know, to be honest. Are any of us really okay? That's what I ask myself. All I can tell you, Pooh and Piglet, is that right now I feel really rather Sad, and Alone, and Not Much Fun To Be Around At All. Which is why I haven't bothered you. Because you wouldn't want to waste your time hanging out with someone who is Sad, and Alone, and Not Much Fun To Be Around At All, would you now." Pooh looked and Piglet, and Piglet looked at Pooh, and they both sat down, one on either side of Eeyore in his stick house.
Eeyore looked at them in surprise. "What are you doing?" "We're sitting here with you," said Pooh, "because we are your friends. And true friends don't care if someone is feeling Sad, or Alone, or Not Much Fun To Be Around At All. True friends are there for you anyway. And so here we are." "Oh," said Eeyore. "Oh." And the three of them sat there in silence, and while Pooh and Piglet said nothing at all; somehow, almost imperceptibly, Eeyore started to feel a very tiny little bit better.
Because Pooh and Piglet were There. No more; no less.
Emotions get the best (and the worst) of us - but they make us human. This last year has seriously pushed me in ways I could’ve never prepared for... especially doing it ALL on my own. But the tears that I cried moments before this was taken, were due to the blessings upon blessings that have been coming my way in the past few months.
So I’m posting this, because sometimes making a change is scary, especially if it’s a BIG CHANGE. AND I’m not going to lie and say it’s easy on the other side, BUT make the changes you need to live your best life! One of my best friends reminded me the other day that these blessings that keep coming my way are simply the universe’s way of reminding me I did the right thing and that it’s got my back! #trustyourpath 🙏🏼✨ (xoxo @iamshaybond thanks for the reminder - love you!)
While mopping the floor at work today, I saw this heart pattern on the salt covered floor.
Instantly I thought: “that’s a awesome shoe pattern!;
Always walk in LOVE.” The last four days have been so painful. The pain from my wisdom teeth is still bothering me and gets worse after a few hours at work. But you can’t see my pain.
I’m a little pale from lack of sleep, other then that I look normal, but what you can’t see is: when I walk my mouth is throbbing, and it only intensifies as I bend down, mop and vacuum.
We never know what another person is going through. As we pass by each other in our own worlds, on our own path, we forget that they may be going through something that you couldn’t even imagine.
So walk in love.
We are so so grateful!!! Kindness Karma and @heartsofarmenia teamed up for our first school event and it was an enormous success!! These kids were so engaged, vibrant, and smart! They had a lot to say about kindness. This is our entire group ages 8-13 showing some love! #changemakers#ourfuture#kindees @pilibos_school @ayfwest

Another fun and feel good Yoga + Workshop with Butterfly Kids Yoga.
The kiddos enjoyed a great yoga class focused on the themes of giving + kindness.
And then, each attendee created their own Giving Plate to take home. The Giving Plate is designed to be filled with a homemade baked good and gifted to someone special.
We started a ripple of kindness this morning!!!
