Also small tip: I’ve seen some people do deadlifts and hyperextending their backs excessively in order to squeeze their glutes. STOP HYPEREXTENDING! Just squeeze and keep the back neutral. Prevent yourself from getting an injury!
I was gonna take today as a rest day cause I just was exhausted this morning (legit couldn’t wake up till noon) but that’s okay 🤷🏼♀️ —
I think though when I get home I’ll squeeze it in. It’s not leg day so I might survive 😂🍑

Don't know where i would be at with out my friends and family there to support me along the way. Without support in your its a lot more difficult to improve your self while being constantly criticized about the way you look and just naturally are, you need to find that support in your life that will be there to back you up through anything and everything
