Splits transformation (Swipe ➡️)
Because I played tennis my entire life, my flexibility wasn’t too bad. So when I starts yoga (not even yoga at the time, just stretching) my goal was to get my splits on both sides. So I watched YouTube videos on literally “how to get my splits” and worked on it. Then slowly these videos transformed to following many yogis on ig and seeing all these poses I was blown away! I thought, how people can do that?! And got curious if I can do it, besides the splits. So, long story short, my yoga practice started from this little app and my curiosity on what my body can do.
For some people this transformation won’t be enough, but to me, these little achievements are everything!

I am from a little bit of everywhere! I have lived in three different continents and four different states. I love to travel and meet people from all over. This is part of the reason why I love this online yoga community!! I am married to my childhood sweetheart, Michael and we have a dog named Thor. I am a fitness coordinator for my day job and I teach yoga classes as well. I received my 200hr yoga teacher certification in 2013. I love being a student as well as a teacher! I believe that yoga is for everyBODY! There is so much life to be found through yoga. Yoga has changed my life for the better and I wish to share it with others to show them how yoga can change there life too! .

Many poses can be done in a short period of time while doing #yogaflow but to me it's about enjoying my time. A few poses could take much more longer. When the practice reaches the wow moment, it's just wonderful.
