Ready to fly.................
I used to dream that I could fly often. I loved it every time. That feeling of lifting off the ground, the freedom to float through the air, the change in perspective from high above the reality I had created. 🐝
While I haven't had that dream in a while, yesterday I spent the day playing with friends and noticed similar feelings. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, take photos at the painted wings in Santa Monica and Venice, and get from place to place on a bike, a skateboard and a scooter. We had no schedule, we floated through the day and had such fun! 🐦
It felt so light filled and freeing that it shifted my perception of the reality I am creating! I discovered that I want to play and add more unscheduled free time into my life...and to make good use of that time with fun activities! I'm looking forward to ditching my seriousness, my drive, my responsibilities, my rigidity just a bit. I know that creating that kind of space in my life will free up space in my heart and mind which will end up manifesting more creativity, spiritual growth, and joy!

Feeling is a word that we as humans have invented to describe our conscious awareness of our vibration, and the importance to know, understand and be aware of that is tremendous.
Because outside of when we’re sick - which also is a result of wrong-thinking - we make ourselves feel bad, or make ourselves feel good.
We are in control.
We control this thought power and we choose the thoughts that we’re going to make out of it, not anything or anybody outside ourselves.
And understand this, when we feel bad, meaning we are in a negative vibration, the only energy we can attract to us is like energy.
We attract according to the vibration we’re in, and again, we are in full control of what we offer vibrationally, and the energy we offer is simply and only matched by the law.
Given the fact that everyone has different genetics, some workouts will work for you and some won’t.
If you have a small & lean build I suggest you mainly train calisthenics (body weight workouts). If you have a large bulky build, you should stick to heavy compound lifts(Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press,& Shoulder Press). Now this doesn’t mean that you have to completely ignore other types of workouts, but it will definitely be easier to build muscle with a style of training that aligns with your body type.
So a lot of people ask me how I am able to stay motivated and go to the gym everyday. Truth is, I don’t need any motivation because I genuinely enjoy working out. In fact, you can say I’m addicted to it.
Watching myself grow and transform brings me happiness and content. If you don’t enjoy your workouts you will never feel satisfied and you won’t be putting in as much effort as possible. My advice would be to constantly try out new exercises until you find something you enjoy doing. Then going to the gym won’t be something you hate, but rather something you look forward too.
