Wondering in the beautiful mama Bali and soaking into her beautiful energy was truly magical. The smells, the sounds, the colours. Magnificent, radiant, alive.
Now back home and creating a beautiful world with my beloved! 💖
My grandmothers backyard is where my brothers and I would make tracks to slide down in the winter when it was covered in snow. We didn’t get snow in Australia, so this adventure was so much fun for us.
But here I am now, as an adult, touching this back yard full of memories.
I moved to America in 2014 to pursue my path as an intuitive and spiritual teacher. I would place my feet on this earth to ground, and have striking insights when I did.
The first insight I remember was in spring of 2015. I was in retreat, and struggling to meet my daily needs and maintain a daily routine.
I would often float away with intuitions, and was moving though a spiritual expansion, so I found it difficult to adjust.
I decided I would attempt to ground by going outside. I stepped out on the back lawn, and looked at my toes in the grass.
Beneath me was an insect. It was scurrying around carrying a leaf. Suddenly, this full body awareness struck up my feet and spine.
The insect was scurrying about meeting it’s physical needs and following its physiological intuition to find the resources to meet those physical needs.
It was in this moment where I realised this was a major part of grounding.
If I designed a life that ensure I met my basic physical needs, and followed my physiological intuition to find the resources, then alignment would follow.
This is why grounding in our physical body and connecting to nature is so important, especially for empaths, healers and intuitive.
It calms the nervous system, brings your focus back to your physical body, and connects you deeply to your physiological intuition.
Ill be teaching you how to ground in a modern day world in my online program The Beginning of Metamorphosis.

Just one small act of kindness a day can make a huge difference in the life of someone who is struggling and in need of hope.
When so many people are hanging by a thread, the smallest gesture of love, an investment of time, energy or even just a smile can make the most monumental impact. Love is free, endless, you can start giving it right now and it's the one thing that can restore and renew this banged up old world we're living in. Be a lover this Christmas. You won't regret it. 😍
Find an outlet for yourself. Start something for you, no one else.
I absolutely love selling my art, I love feedback & support but I create it for me so I will never feel disheartened if it doesn’t sell.
I will hang it in my own home & take inspiration from it over & over ✨🕊 #mandala .
This piece is available for sale if it does resonate with anyone. $45 + postage. Mixed mediums on 40x40 canvas 🎨 #canvas#artforsale
I left Olympia in sort of a tizzy, and lost track of the planets for a moment while I got my bearings on the road. So when I realized that Chiron was back in Pisces post-retrograde (it stationed direct a couple days ago, right after the new moon), it was like everything snapped into focus.
Unfinished healing of our deep emotional patterning. Yep. 2018 has been a year of endings, and all the retrogrades of the last few months have felt like a mourning period. I've wanted so much to charge ahead into the new, but there were all these final goodbyes to be said, memories to be released, old pains to be revisited one last time to remind us why we can never go back.
As we wax toward a full moon on the zero degree of Cancer, which will set the stage for a new karmic cycle, we must sit patiently in the knowledge we have gained. January's eclipses will bring the next phase of action; for now, the work is in disciplining the mind to hold this uncomfortable truth without reacting one way or the other. We must let this wisdom steep into our bones. Then there will be no more questions.
Connect. Integrate. Wholeness.
