P A N C A K E S  D E  E S P I N A C A S🌿🍓
Hola amiguitos hoy les muestro una forma diferente de preparar los pancakes quedan súper suavecitos por dentro y están deliciosos😋, te aseguro que hasta a los mas pequeñitos de la familia le van a encantar.💕 Para esta receta necesitas: ✅1/3  tz de avena en hojuelas
✅1 pz de huevo
✅½ tz de espinacas
✅½ pz de plátano🍌(el plátano le dará el sabor dulce a tus pancakes)
✅¼ tz de leche descremada
✅1 cdita de vainilla
✅1 cdita de mantequilla

Procedimiento:
▫Coloca la avena en hojuelas en el vaso de la licuadora y licua.
▫Posteriormente agrega el huevo, espinacas, plátano, leche descremada y vainilla, licua perfectamente hasta formar una mezcla homogénea.
▫En la sartén a fuego medio coloca 1 cdita de mantequilla deja pasar 1 minuto y agrega una porción de la mezcla y voltea hasta que se formen burbujitas.

▫4 pzas de fresas rebanadas🍓

Miércoles Dulce! Como les explico el sabor de estos Hot Cakes de Espinaca con Plátano!!
Se pueden hacen tantas recetas con verduras y crear combinaciones deliciosas. .
Ingredientes: .
☘🍌3/4 de tza de harina de avena.
☘🍌1 cdita. Polvo para hornear.
☘🍌1 cdita. De canela.
☘🍌1/2 plátano.
☘🍌1/2 tza. De espinacas.
☘🍌1 huevo.
☘🍌Leche de almendra, la necesaria hasta que tenga consistencia medio espesa.

👩Todos estos ingredientes los agregan en la licuadora y mezclan hasta lograr la consistencia, la leche agregala poco a poco para que no se te pase y te quedé muy líquida.
👩En un sartén bien caliente agrega un poco de aerosol de coco y haz los hot cakes, de preferencia hazlos pequeños así saldrán más y pensaras que estas comiendo más. Jaja TIP.

De topping agregué jarabe de maple light, blueberries y espinaca picadita. .

Meal Prep:

If you know you have weaknesses & you need willpower to avoid chocolate, chips, or whatever it is you crave ➡️ rather than having to exercise that willpower, why not just buy it & fix the problem from the beginning. 
If you know that if you don’t meal prep for your lunches during the week you will make poor choices in the cafeteria or with fast food ➡️ rather than having to exercise that willpower, will not just prepare your lunches & not have to face that problem at all. 
YUP 😜 i could go on & on but i hope you get the point & find something you can fix in your life before the opportunity is there to even happen ♥️ ⭐️Plan to prepare or prepare to fail⭐️

Эта идея сидела в моей голове с Масленицы. А в последнее время меня просто проследовало все зеленое, и я сдалась 🙅🏻‍♀️ Речь о блинчиках из гречневой муки со шпинатом!🚫🥖🌱

Сначала мне показалось, что это будет провал, потому что блины полностью на гречневой муке всегда очень ломкие 😓 Но в итоге все получилось! Они вышли нежными, дырчатыми и полезными, конечно же - там же куча шпината 😄

По вкусу они необычные, скажу прямо. Вкус гречки и шпината читаются отчётливо, но лично меня это не смутило. Я ничего против этих продуктов не имею 😇

Они идеально подойдут для всяких несладких начинок (и не обязательно зелёных), например грибы с луком и сметаной (или кокосовыми сливками) 😋

•Все продукты складываемая в чашу блендера, закрываем плотной крышкой и взбиваем до однородности
•От количества шпината зависит интенсивность цвета •Потом переливаем тесто в большую миску
•Разогреваем сковородку блинную, смазываем маслом и жарим блинчики, как обычно
•Густоту теста можно отрегулировать, я например, добавила ещё чуть больше воды •Все готово!

Ребята! В преддверии выходных и неспешных домашних завтраков приготовила для вас кое-что интересное и зеленое🌿 ⠀ Эта идея сидела в моей голове с Масленицы. А в последнее время меня просто проследовало все зеленое, и я сдалась 🙅🏻‍♀️ Речь о блинчиках из гречневой муки со шпинатом!🚫🥖🌱 ⠀ Сначала мне показалось, что это будет провал, потому что блины полностью на гречневой муке всегда очень ломкие 😓 Но в итоге все получилось! Они вышли нежными, дырчатыми и полезными, конечно же - там же куча шпината 😄 ⠀ По вкусу они необычные, скажу прямо. Вкус гречки и шпината читаются отчётливо, но лично меня это не смутило. Я ничего против этих продуктов не имею 😇 ⠀ Они идеально подойдут для всяких несладких начинок (и не обязательно зелёных), например грибы с луком и сметаной (или кокосовыми сливками) 😋 ⠀ Рецепт напишу ниже, и не забудьте посмотреть подробности в сторис 😉💚 ⠀ 🥞Зеленые гречневые блинчики Мука гречневая 80г Мука из зеленой гречки 80г Яйца 2шт Молоко (🥛/🌱) 300мл Вода 200мл Соль щепотка Сахар 1 ч.л. 🍓Boxing up these banana and spinach pancakes this morning with Greek yoghurt, frozen berries, almonds & mixed seeds!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👩🏻‍🍳Recipe for pancakes
🍌1 mashed banana 🍳2 flaxseed eggs 🌱A handful of spinach 🥛125ml plant milk of choice 💪🏻1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder 🥄4 heaped tbsp of wholemeal flour 
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Heat a tbsp of olive oil or coconut oil in a saucepan (medium - high heat) and spoon on the mixture to make mini pancakes. Flip them to cook them on both sides and when golden, transfer on to a plate. 
I made mine the night before - they can be eaten hot or cold! 😋Serve with desired toppings!

A couple weeks ago, I came to the hard realization that it’s a really good idea to regularly change up your diet. When you consistently eat the same few things, your digestive system gets a little bit lazy. I used to have chocolate banana protein oats for breakfast EVERY SINGLE morning, without fail. I always went to bed thinking about them and was eager to get out of bed to eat them every morning. For the past couple weeks, I’ve stopped having them for breakfast. It was hard to change because I love them and my routines so very much. I’ve been meal prepping waffles, having smoothie bowls, and yogurt bowls instead. My digestive system has been getting some good breakfast variation. This weekend I’m going camping. You can bet your sweet butt that I’m prepping my chocolate banana protein oats for the trip. I can’t wait for this weekend! .

These waffles are the best for sneaking in veggies where you’d least expect them. I made them on a whim the other day for dinner and froze the rest for future breakfast. Pop frozen waffles or pancakes into a toaster for a few minutes and you’re good to go! .

Chocolate Secret Veggie Pancakes
.
1c. whole wheat flour + 1tsp. baking powder + 1/2tsp. salt + 1/4tsp. baking soda + 1 small contain plain greek yogurt + 1/2c. carrots + 1/2c. rolled oats + 1c. fresh spinach leaves + 1 peeled apple + 1/2c. almond milk + 1T. honey + vanilla + 2 eggs + 1/4c. cacao powder + cacao nibs .
combine flour + baking powder + salt + baking soda in a bowl; set aside | add remaining ingredients to a high powered blender (@vitamix ) | blend until consistency is that of a smoothie | pour into flour mixture + stir to combine | pour into greased waffle iron or skillet | enjoy!

1 handful of baby spinach 
Beat everything in the blender, grease a frying pan, divide the batter in 2 and make the pancakes. 
Fill as you wish, I made with ground beef. 
To make in small packages is just put the filling in the center of each pancake and fold with care. ...................................

1 colher (sopa) de queijo parmesão ralado 
1 colher (sopa) de aveia 
1 punhado de espinafre 
Bata tudo no liquidificador, unte uma frigideira, dívida a massa em 2 e frite as panquecas, recheie como desejar. 
Eu fiz as minhas de carne moída. 
Para fazer em pacotinhos é só colocar o recheio no centro dela e dobrar com cuidado.

I always wake up early enough to have a nourishing breakfast that will fuel me for my day. Today I made some paleo high protein spinach pancakes! 🥞 Just add your pancake ingredients into a blender with some fresh spinach 🌱 adding a dose of greens to your morning. 
Topped mine with coconut yogurt, cashew butter, blueberries, touch of honey and @buddhabrandsco coconut chips! 🥥

I always wake up early enough to have a nourishing breakfast that will fuel me for my day. Today I made some paleo high protein spinach pancakes! 🥞 Just add your pancake ingredients into a blender with some fresh spinach 🌱 adding a dose of greens to your morning. Topped mine with coconut yogurt, cashew butter, blueberries, touch of honey and @buddhabrandsco coconut chips! 🥥 Happy Wednesday!
2 cups Almond blend gluten free all purpose flour 
1/4 cup flax meal
2 cups arugula and spinach mix
1.5 cup almond milk 
1/4 cup ghee 
1/4 cup coconut sugar 
1 tsp baking powder 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
2 eggs

Place the almond milk, vanilla, coconut sugar, ghee arugula and spinach,  flour, flax meal, and baking power in the blender.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Place the whites in a large bowl and add the yolks to the blender too. 
Blend all the ingredients together until combined and set aside.
Use a handheld mixer to whip the egg whites.
Once you get firm white peaks from the egg whites, transfer them to the blender and fold in with the pancake batter. 
Grease a skillet and warm it for a minute over high heat.
Turn the heat down to medium-low and use a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop a couple small pancake circles onto the pan.
Enjoy ❤️.

Silver Dollar Spinach Pancakes -1 cup oats
-2 small or 1 medium/large banana -2 handfuls of spinach
-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-1/4 cup of water (or almond milk)
-2 eggs 
Directions:
-Blend everything in food processor.
-Cook like regular pancakes.
