Tränat lite på spin idag. Svår övning tycker både jag och Star. Hittade en video på Youtube där en kille tipsade om att låta hästen vara ifred så länge hon spinner och om hästen kliver ur korrigera tillbaka in i spinen igen. Fungerade faktiskt väldigt bra.

How my workouts be looking lately. I just decreased my reps on legs to 10 reps this week to add more weight and idk why but I was on the struggle bus 🚌 yesterday for real! I usually add weight every week but there’s a point where it becomes really difficult to put on more and I’m trying to push through it. Proud of my progression so far though bc there was a time where I could lift even more than this. Trying to track everything and see how I feel everyday so I can see where I need to improve. I like making my own plans so I can work on parts that I really want to grow. Today is spin and shoulders! It’s been a busy week... got back from vacation last weekend and I’ve hit the ground running! I have taught 42 classes so far and then also fitting in my own workouts and classes as well as dog training classes for #Summit ... Had a wonderful time today merrily doing bicep curls between clients. Probably should have used the 40 minutes for some sort of metabolic conditioning or extra research to further my business etc but instead I bicep curled away to some old school disco and did some texting. Lovely jubbily.

WHERE’S YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GO IN BROOKLYN?
“I always tell people about ‘Franklin Park’ (@franklinparkbk) in Crown Heights. The front of it is the best burger joint I’ve ever been to called ‘Dutch Boy Burger’ (@dutchboyburger_franklinpark) They have the most amazing shakes and burgers. Then you walk to the back of the restaurant and they have a huge open space and beer garden, which is ‘Franklin Park’.”
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT FITNESS?
“I love love how it makes me feel and that you can push your body beyond what you think you're capable of. It's always great to see yourself getting stronger. In terms of teaching though, I love showing people that they can push pass their personal lines and go further than they think. I love that expression on people's faces when they add that extra resistance and then come off the bike like 'I CAN'T BELIEVE MY POWER NUMBER WAS SO HIGH!'. Well it's because you can do it and I knew you could do it.”
