One of the most iconic images of Marrakesh is that of stacked spices. Spices are an essential part of the cuisine there, and a walk through the souks will convince you of that.
Take a cookery course like we did and you will need no more convincing. We thought Jalil the chef was insane when he suggested adding a large amount of cumin to our Berber salad, but the taste was the proof.
We were left with one question though. How do they get the spices to stack so high and in a perfect pyramid?
RUTINA AYURVEDICA DE INVIERNO
1. Consume alimentos de temporada de la lista que te dejamos en las stories: por ejemplo, para el desayuno, amaranto o avena con leche vegetal, como snacks puedes nueces o semillas y tés, en la comida, sopas, vegetales como cebolla, ajo, betabel, y verdes. 6. Date masajes con aceites esenciales, en invierno el aceite de ajonjolí es buena opción o el aceite tridosha.
7. Oil pulling: con una cda de aceite de coco en tu boca y has buches por 10 minutos todos los días.
8. Limpieza de lengua todas las mañanas.
9. No te despiertes tan temprano.
10. Antes de dormir date un masaje en los pies con algún aceite, y duerme antes de las 10-11 pm y medita.

Like Valerian, there is some concern about drug interactions for patients who use German Chamomile. If you have a ragweed or similar allergies, you may have an allergic reaction to German Chamomile. German Chamomile is often used in tea form before bedtime.
