Mango powder or amchur is that lovely magic potion that can turn your blah potatoes into something truly amazing! The tart, the strong tang and the delicious taste all marry together to give a dish a truly amazing culinary experience. Made from dried unripe green mangoes, the spice is used when the mango season is gone or when your dishes need a citrusy flavoring. That ubiquitous chaat masala? Amchur is a major ingredient in that delicious flavorful masala powder. While it is used in stir fried vegetable dishes, soups and curries, amchur is also used to tenderize meat and poultry. Boil some small potatoes – in a pan temper in oil cumin and mustard seeds with hing and whole dried red chilies. Add the potatoes and mix on high flame. Add turmeric, red chili powder and coriander powder along with salt to taste. Stir well and top it off with heaping spoonful of amchur. Mix and cover. Makes a delicious and easy side dish!

+FRIJOLES NEGROS CUBANOS
A most flavourful Cuban style stew of black beans simmered in coconut milk and spices. Served with brown rice, fry plantain & avocado salad.
+CAULIFLOWER AL PASTOR TACOS
An exsplosive combination of cauliflower, chickpeas and pineapple simmered in a spicy al pastor pineapple sauce. Layed on flour tortillas and served with roasted corn & tostones.
+PEURTO RICAN PASTELOŃ
Amazing and intruiging remix to the same old Italian Lasagna with a Latin twist. Consisting of 2 layers of fried sliced sweet plantains layered with a lentil and walnut filling and then vegan queso sauce and baked to perfection. Served with avocado salad.
+ BRAZILIAN MUSHROOM STROGANOFF
Originally a Russian dish consisting of beef and has been adopted in many other countries. This Mushroom Stroganoff is Brazilian style. Button mushrooms simmered in a creamy white wine sauce. Served on brown rice pasta. served with braised collard greens and crispy potatoes.
+MEXICAN FRIED ZUCCHINI TORTA
A slightly spicy and crsipy Mexican style sandwich or "Torta" as they know them in Mexico. A Freshly baked slider bun brushed with sunflower creme then stuffed with battered zucchini and topped with cabbage slaw. Served with roasted corn, tortilla chips and pickled jalepinos.
