This is my current shape, no tensing/flexing at all & no editing. This is me after basically not tracking for almost a year and eating what I want pretty much (holding back a little here and there when I have a holiday etc coming up)
Although my diet has been super relaxed, my training has pretty much always been on point & that’s the reason I’ve still kept a half decent body composition.
Anyway, it’s taken a lot of time to be happy with the weight I have gained ..but because of this, I know that I will 100% be bringing a completely improved physique when I get back on stage next year.
Time start shredding down ..megaaaa slowly (so I can still maintain as much muscle as possible!)
I will post updates but only probably every month over the next few months as there isn’t going to be any crazy changes..until 2019😏🙋🏻♀️
I know all my comp girls are exactly the same when they put weight on, but it is what it is and we are all just used to being unrealistically lean which is just crazy 😜

I’m so happy to for it to be Wednesday bcus I was convinced all day yesterday it was Wednesday to be told it was only Tuesday (dont you hate that 😩)
Who’s training their 🍑☝🏼 today?! Glute day has actually landed on hump day for me for once, soooo I’m going to do a little light glute session tonight and take it easy because sometimes being a girl can be stressful, hormones can be all over and after a very traumatic experience last night (joys of being a girl and the things we have to do🤦🏼♀️) I’m taking a bit of a Deload week this week!

Honestly, I have no experience about yoga but I’m open to different a type of exercises. It’s good to challenge myself improving physical and mental health. .

3 weeks post show, 2kg up from peak week weight.
Kcals are nice and high, I’m eating a great variety of foods, I have meals off-plan and I don’t feel like I’m restricting myself at all.
Training has been really good, energy and strength are up. Current split is 3 days on / 1 day rest. I start a new training plan next week. My cardio is 20 mins every day. .
This is the first time that I don’t struggle post show and I’m not 8-10 kg over stage weight already. I believe that this is because I spent a lot of time and energy on improving my mindset and preparing myself for post show.
If you, too find it difficult to handle post show and “get back to normal” after prepping for 12-15 weeks, you might want to try some of these:
1. Have a plan!
Set yourself goals for after your show. These can be both fitness and not fitness related.
Also, have a diet plan. This can be a set meal plan or macros for an IIFYM approach. Figure out what works for you best.
2. Accept that you cannot maintain stage weight/condition for too long. It’s not healthy. Just simply accept it!
3. List all the reasons why shouldn’t binge? Why is it going to be better if you don’t binge? How does it make you feel? How do you feel when you don’t binge? .
4. Share your struggles! I know that this is very hard but instead of hiding try to talk about how you feel. Get it off your chest!
5. When you feel an urger to binge is coming don’t act. Try to distract yourself by other activities that give you pleasure 😏
6. Believe in yourself! This is key. Tell yourself every day that you can do it. Look, there are so many people that can do this post show malarkey. There is nothing special about them. If they can do it, so can you!
