Pressed last Saturday in the village of Loreto Aprutino for @cucinadiwilliam. This beautiful new season’s oil will be finishing our Marinara and Margherita pizzas this weekend @deepdalefarm & @elymarkets.
Luckily @1978alessio was kind enough to let us take a bottle home, as oil of this quality and freshness is extremely hard to find.

Fresh ingredients include a home made passata with fresh garlic, oregano, rosemary and seasoning ~ all blended in subtle combinations.
We aim to create a richer sweeter tomato sauce.
This 6” example has a cheddar cheese topping with fresh basil 🌿. However for the pizzas on offer we are going to make 10” size with our own mozzarella cheese.

Happy hump day guys! I woke up this morning with a layer of ice on my car that I was not prepared for AT ALL. I’m hoping this isn’t going to be normal from now on bc I’m not ready for ice!! Anyways, this past weekend Dan and I went to Hudson, NY and one place we ate at was Baba Louie’s....we got this pizza that you see right here and the best part about it is that it’s made on organic sourdough😍 if you’re from the area I HIGHLY recommend this place and town in general bc it’s awesome! I hope you all are having a great week so far!
Celebrating tonight with my favourite people in @sodopizzalondon which is my favourite pizza place in London. I don’t know if is the dough or the chill atmosphere but is definitely the staff, people here are amazing!

Good fennel salami has an aromatic , mild taste, and a distinct sensual smell. We top it with goats curd sourced locally (sometimes Saxony, sometimes Brandenburg depending on what is available ). Mozzarella from Brandenburg. Sourdough pizza dough. All good stuff and happy times.
I’m still thinking about this pizza from Sunday. It will never look as good as it tasted and that is perfectly fine with me. Spelt sourdough crust covered in chunky peanut butter, cocoa powder and finger banana mash, then sprinkled with sugar and just a pinch of cinnamon. mmm dessert pizza has a place in my heart 💛🍌 It would also make a great breakfast!

Produced for @cucinadiwilliam it is exciting to know that the oil we helped to make could be used on our pizzas.
A family run farm since 1824, Alessio and Roberto continue the traditions handed down through generations. This is artisanal production in its truest sense.
Manually picked at the perfect moment, the olives are then pressed in their home village of Loreto Aprutino, before being bottled. Supplied to a small discerning customer base, including the Italian Embassies of London and Moscow, we truly feel proud to be able to use this beautiful oil on our pizzas.
Their knowledge, experience, as well as warmth towards us was second to none, and we were certainly made to feel part of the family.
