Allow yourself to see things from a different perspective, especially those, where strong emotions are flying in the air.
We are way too often wrong in our perceptions of things, to stick firmly with only one point of view.
Sometimes we consider ourselves to be part of the story we're actually not included in.
Our emotions about situation, our perception of justice, our judgments and conclusions can make us feel like this is our story.. and we can easily make a mistake and include ourselves into a story that is not ours to be part of.
Maybe we are around this story to understand something.
Maybe we are around this story to bring calmness and support where fires are burning from each side.
Maybe we are around this story just to forgive and let others to deal with those things themselves.
It's important to know and recognize which of the battles are yours and which of the battles belong to others and you're just there to bring support and understanding on the table.
Always check your role in the game, especially in deeply triggering ones.
There's always a purpose why we are around something, just sometimes we can misinterpret our role and make more damage than good, especially with ,,good intentions". Don't fight battles that are not yours.
Don't force upon others your perception of justice.
Don't force your help to people who don't want it.
Have respect for stories others have to go through.
Things aren't happening out of the blue and sometimes what seems like a bad thing, is actually a good and very needed lesson for a person in order to understand or experience something.
Always think twice before taking an action with impact on someone's story.
What you consider as help, can be a harm if you misinterpret the story 🌸
Like start a blog, start an online store, and a t-shirt design contest? All in less than 2 month! With ZERO business experience?
Sometimes when I look at all that I am working to accomplish I step back and think 'you are crazy!' Then I remember who the fuck I am and prioritize my what's next moments and set everything else aside.
My blog is FAR from perfect. My store is FAR from perfect. And that's ok with me. I am willing to put them both out there in all their imperfectness so I can learn and grow and share as I go.
I hear alot of people talk about
Building an online empire, that is not my ultimate goal. Creating a community of TENACIOUSLY HAPPY CAMPERS- people who believe in what we are working towards and want to be a part of this adventure- that is my goal.
Every day that Hemp Farm/ Retreat becomes a little more real. What events and classes would you want to participate in?
Mindful Leadership Education?
Mindful business practices?
Music as therapy?
Overcoming fear and anxiety?
How to help your little ones handle BIG emotions?
Let me know! I'd love to share what I've learned and who I've learned from.

Have you ever stopped to wonder what is it that keeps us from trusting in the MAP that is laid out to guide us in life? .
Why do we constantly second guess ourselves and the signs, messages and guidance that come our way? .
This is a question that rolls around in my mind and that I love exploring! We're constantly in this place of wanting guidance - Show me the way! - What should I be doing? - Give me a sign! .
-----> But then we second guess, doubt and dismiss pretty much every piece of guidance or support that comes along. .
The presence of our spiritual team isn't the question (although we may, too, sometimes doubt that), we're constantly praying to the Heavens (so we must believe that something is going to save us, right?!).
We spend all this time asking, wanting, requesting...but then so little time....#listening . And even if we do listen, we so rarely actually honor and #trust the guidance that is given.
Why do you think this is? I'd love to hear your perspective on this.
With Curiosity & Wonder,
If you haven't guessed, I have a bit of a love-on for old, vintage maps and globes...well, anything vintage and general store-looking really!
Shout out to #secondchanceart and #kansasgirlvintage on Instagram...love your photos!
I love you!! All your perfect imperfections.
Your funny stomach, arms & legs. Your wrinkles & your warts. The parts of you that you would rather no-one saw 💚💚 Your deepest darkest secrets. Your worries & your fears. All of you is welcome here.
I love you--All of you X
It’s not about rainbows and unicorns (although this is great too). It’s about being real with yourself—being okay with all your parts even the ones others may not like. -
It’s not spiritual bypass. On the contrary. It means seeking beyond right or wrong. Letting yourself feel the spectrum of your being and not judging another for doing the same. Letting go of beliefs that separate you from others. And above all, remembering that you deserve your own loving. This takes courage and strength of heart.
Because when you are loving with yourself, you can’t help but be loving with all you encounter. You can say “no” without anger or upset. And your “yes” then becomes one that welcomes even more loving in. -

Having to do some fixing of site issues that are taking a lot longer than I'd hoped. The shopify store is not connecting to my email system like it should.😳 I'm working on it but gotta put a pin in it because the blog post still needs editing and I NEED A shower! 😱🚿 Temporary fix- If you want your code to shop right away- from the store click on the Tenaciouslyhappycampers.com link and sign up through the pop-up on the blog website.

It’s natural to feel angry about something, as long as you know how to deal with your anger so it doesn’t negatively affect your health and well-being. Remember your emotions come from within. If you can learn to get to the root of your issue then this is a great step forward. Sometimes it’s easier just to let go. Ways to overcome anger: 1. Acknowledge how you feel. Instead of pushing emotions away, give yourself space to feeeel them. It helps in order to release. 2. Realise why you feel this way. Look deep within. Many times anger comes from a place of fear, insecurity or self defence. Ask yourself if your well-being is worth the pain? 3. Step back. In the heat of the moment it can be hard to air rational decisions. Take a break, go for a walk or practice meditation until you feel calmer. Then you can control your emotions in a better way. 4. Deal with the issue unresolved anger can seriously affect your health. Try and find a solution. You may not be able to change a particular person or situation, but you can change how you think about them. 5. Talk to friends or a therapist. They can help to alleviate your negative feelings. They can also offer objective advice. 6. Let go of unhealthy thought patterns. Change your story. See the positives in every situation. What are you learning? It’s also part of your healing process. 7. Laugh! Watch a comedy, call a friend or remember a time where you belly laughed so much you cried tears of laughter! #angermanagement#angerissues#immunesystem#laughter#laughteristhebestmedicine#healyourself#forgiveness#soullessons#divorcesupport#divorcefriends
3 signs you have some negative karmic ju-ju following you around:
1.You promise yourself you are going to stop doing xyz (over and over again), but you feel compelled to keep doing it regardless of how much you hate your circumstances.
2.Whenever something good happens, some kind of sacrifice follows... you just wait for the "other shoe to drop". .
3.You feel compelled to do what others tell you to do even though you are screaming "hell no" on the inside and just want to rebel.
The good news is you can make the crappy karmic ju-ju stop.
The following popped up in my memories on FB today. It was my response after the 2016 election. It 100% still pertains to today. Hate begets hate people!
I've been having several political conversations with people on both sides of the aisle lately and as an Independent I find them fascinating. I find it challenging to understand how someone can be so entrenched in their own political ideology that they refuse to look at another perspective. Trump has said and done many things that I consider reprehensible, as has Hilary Clinton. No matter who won, I believe we'd be seeing protests and angry people in the streets because that's what this election was all about, anger. People are angry for many reasons, insert yours here. But what I truly don't understand is how people think focusing on the bad is going to bring anything but more bad. I know in my own life when I focus on what I don't like, what's making me miserable, how unfairly I was treated I stew and I forget about all the positives in my life. But when I focus on the positives like how amazing it is that this girl that was called a bastard as a child and grew up barely knowing her father with a single mother that really shouldn't have tried to parent alone, this girl that has lived through every abuse out there and has had to say goodbye to too many people that she loves has a beautiful amazing family with a husband and kids and friends and relatives that in the good times and in the dark times remind her that she is LOVED. I say this not for any sympathy because I am so beyond blessed even in these uncertain times but because I can't sit back and listen and watch hate being spewed anymore. Calling people names, insulting them, whether you believe that person is a (insert your choice negative word here) is hurtful. After the name calling and insults comes the violence. Its not rocket science, it's basic human behavior. Trust me, I've been teaching our smallest citizens for a while now. That's how it goes in preschool! It teaches our kids that it's ok to name call, beat people, cause damage, throw a fit because the other person doesn't agree with you. I'm sorry I call BULLSHIT!

Make a wish. What do you want for your life? Do whatever you have to to get that life.
Complaining about what you don't want is a sure-fire way to get more of the same.
Affirm what you want. And take the next small step towards getting it. Show the world you're serious when you say- I Want THIS!
Don't just sit on your ass and wait for the world to change for you. Get up and do something to change YOUR world.

Awesome page. I personally got "pulled back" from a more traditional journey in life, several times over. I was stubborn. I kept trying.
What I was being launched into was connective, grounding, centering, healthier for me, humbling in some of the BEST ways, positively magical, and so completely NOT about accolades. 💛
Sometimes I needed to be pulled back so Spirit could correct my stubborn aim. 😂😂😂But I TRUST the pull-back more now. 💛
Still working on trusting the times Source launches me and I'm off. Kinda changing crying "Ohgodhelpmeimnotgonnamakeit" to "ohgodhelpmestaycenteredconnectedgroundedded and PRESENT". Then, joyfully, "yippeeeherewego!".
I love my life. 😂
Nothing is more important to me than the relationships I have with my children, there is nothing I work harder for, nothing I wouldn't do to show them they deserve to be loved fully as they are for who they are. Hearing this from her beats ALL the things, and there have been so many new ones lately, that I am grateful for. 💗💗💗 #Betenacious about your happiness my friends!
It's so worth the risk!
I’ve been feeling a little in limbo the last few months, I know a lot was shifting and changing but there was also a lot that I’ve been procrastinating, avoiding and down right in denial about.
So there’s nothing like a catastrophic problem to shake you out of it all.
I had my head in the clouds for long enough so the universe provided the right situations at the most perfect time, which provided me the opportunity to look at what was going on, break down the barriers I had put up and shift what wasn’t working.
Everything had been bubbling under the surface for a while and I knew if I continued to ignore it, it certainly wasn’t going to serve me going into this next phase of my life.
This lesson has taught me a lot and I feel like a better person for facing it head on, even if it did take me a little longer to get there.
I have also gained so much more appreciation for what I have in life and how things come together in such a divine way.
I feel fresh, renewed and even more ready for what’s next.
I believe that in order to heal from difficult emotional circumstances, it helps to create meaning from the event.
With every struggle comes a new piece of wisdom - no matter how difficult, no matter how long of a struggle.
Creating meaning provides a purpose, and can help people shift from a state of victimization to a place of empowerment.
My clients report that this is a top benefit of my intuitive sessions - forming an understanding as to WHY they have experienced (or are experiencing) what they have (are). It is extremely validating and provides guidance as to how to see their situation in a whole different light.
