Hawthorn and spruce.🌲 First snow of the season! My daughter is SO EXCITED. ❄️ Some good news: I went back to work for the first time after maternity leave and everything was fine. I remembered how to pull meds out of the Pyxis, my husband remembered how to take care of a baby at night, and no one died. 👍🏼 #autumnseasonathome
Positives: While the bad ass love of my life is hanging with his bro downhill mountain biking at Blue I got to spend some beautiful solo hours outside. It is absolute perfection out and for the first 9 miles everything felt pretty ok.
Cons: What in the shit was I thinking when I thought running my 3rd marathon 4 weeks after my first 50 miler was a good idea ?! It’s ridiculous. The struggle was real for the last 4.5 miles with very very sore legs and low back so maybe I should have walked my final 1.5 miles to finish my total workout but 13.5 miles is fine by me. Allz I gotta say is Chicago ain’t gonna be a PB 🤣🤣🤣 That’s ok. I am so excited to see a new city with Tom and stoked to be a part of my first major marathon . Next years race spacing is going to be slightly less aggressive 😜 #ouch#runallthemiles#marathontraining#sorecentral#womenwhorun#soprettyoutside#fallrunningadventures#fallrunning#runner#istillloverunningthough
