This little one has been on the move non-stop the last 3 days 👶🏼 Kicking, rolling, throwing a party 🎉🎉🎉 and definitely going through another growth spurt. I mean, I thought babies were supposed to sleep!?
I’d love to know!! Were your little ones active in utero and if so, were they just as active once they were born?? 🤰🏻👶🏼 I think I may have my hands full!
A different kind of transformation. As someone who has always struggled with self-confidence and self love, this is new to me. Seeing the number go up on the scale can be nerve racking (at least for me it can be) To see everything I’ve overcome change. But our bodies as women are freaking amazing. I will take this time to give myself more love than ever as it literally creates and carries a human being. 💙👶🏼 #itslindseymoncrief
"I feel so guilty for all the junk i ate over the weekend. Ugh 😞" I get it, and I definitely have those moments too. I used to let it spiral out of control, but I've trained myself to narrow the indulgences.
Think about this: if we spoke to our friends the way we spoke to ourselves, we wouldn't have any friends. Guilt and shame get us NOWHERE 🙅🏽♀️ Here are my top 3 tips for ditching the guilt:
1. Bless and release. It happened, you ate the cookies, drank the margaritas, blah blah blah. So what? Accept it, and draw your line in the sand.
2. A few bad days aren't going to completely derail you, just like a few good days aren't going to shed 10 pounds or give you 6 pack abs. Remember - our health is an ongoing JOURNEY.
3. Get moving and stop over thinking. Stop the cycle of negative thoughts and go DO something positive (take a walk, listen to music, read a book, eat a healthy meal). The best way out is through.

We are on WEEK 6 of our lifting + HIIT workout program and every week gets a little bit more challenging... but I absolutely LOVE it! 💙😜 We can’t expect to see change and reach our goals if we aren’t challenged and I am OBSESSED with the gains I am seeing and strength I am building week after week! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
This girl did not want to get up this morning. But I did my workout and now it’s time to recover some muscles. Only 4 workouts per week but sheesh, my dang shoulders hurt. Definitely using some dry shampoo today! 😂 #itslindseymoncrief

4️⃣ My husband shook my hand on our first date.
5️⃣ I enjoy online coaching & having a healthy lifestyle.
6️⃣ I consider myself a pretty good swimmer. I took years of swimming lessons.
8️⃣ I ran track in HS; 4X2, 4X4, 4X8. I loved it!
9️⃣ My favorite color is purple. 🔟 I am a HUGE Riverdale lover! Like, HUGE.

Most weeks meal prep happens on Sunday, but this week it was a #mealprepmonday kind of week!
Luckily we did our grocery shopping yesterday and I have my meal plan all laid out so all I had to do was execute!
For breakfasts this week I’ll be having eggs, sweet potatoes and peppers!
For lunches I made my easy peasy Crockpot Balsamic Chicken to have alongside these beautiful salads!
For snacks I’ll be having my chocolate superfood smoothie with veggies and hummus and for dinners we are making Spicy Shrimp and Cauliflower Rice, Tacos, Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash Casserole and Chicken burgers with veggies!

What I've learned over the last few weeks is to utilize the energy that I DO I have when I have it! My pool time has been about getting out of the house, as well as getting in tune with my body, which is an essential part to the birthing process.
The water is a great place to be! I feel completely weightless and in my element. It is my goal through the end of my pregnancy to open up my pelvis as much as possible utilizing the breast stroke, side stroke, and lots of stretching in between time. Gotta look at the bright side of being pregnant in summer! We've got the sun, clear skies, and warm water on our side!
Got “dressed up” for a birthday party for grandpa! 😊 He had everyone sing to him and had mini cupcakes! Now, back home and back to my to do list with a cup of fresh coffee of course! Is it just me or does it feel like a Sunday? #itslindseymoncrief

It may have been noon when I pushed play on my workout, but I not only showed up and got it done, but I just SLAYYYED my first workout of WEEK 6 and I am feeling absolutely incredible! It was a chest + tricep circuit and I incorporated some modified core/balance work at the end! 🤰🏻

Throughout this journey I’ve not only learned how to take care of myself by developing healthy fitness + nutrition habits, but I’ve learned what it means to fill up my cup, take care of my personal needs and what self-care truly means to me!
It means slowing down.
It means unplugging.
It means resting and relaxing.
It means spending time with loved ones.
And it means being in the moment fully alive and fully aware! 🙌🏻

...and I don’t think he’s going anywhere anytime soon 🙈
I’ve slept perfectly for 5 nights in a row and have had minimal discomfort or early labor symptoms (minus a day of swollen feet).
^ so I think that’s his way of telling me he’s nice and comfy in there for now 🤣
But it’s still fun every morning when I wake up and my husband asks me if I think today will be the day 🤷🏼♀️
Guess we will just have to wait and see...

BUMP DATE: 26 weeks today 🤗🎉🙏🏽 Y'all I was so afraid of pregnancy. I've always wanted to be a mom but I was afraid of pregnancy. Afraid of what it would do to my body (that I had finally learned to love), afraid of the stretch marks, afraid of losing my "freedom" - yet here I am so in love with this journey, the craziest journey I've ever been on, embracing every single change. The first few months were difficult for me mentally & emotionally, and I definitely still have my days. It can be REALLY hard!
I look back at pre-pregnancy photos and see a body I don't even recognize anymore. I dig into my drawers with a smaller selection to choose from each day as my body continues to grow & change which can be frustrating. A pushup feels like I'm moving a mountain and walking can leave me out of breath. But I'm embracing it. I'm loving a body growing in the opposite direction and I'm so proud of it. I am much more flexible with my eating yet I don't allow myself to throw in the towel & eat whatever I want all the time. I drink TONS of water and I'm still active 4+ days a week, modifying where I need to and giving myself grace when I need to take it a little easier. I don't compare my body or pregnancy to anyone else's & my pregnancy/health comes first before anything else. I put less stress on myself and I think that's been really great for me.
Every pregnancy is so different and I just want you to know - if you've been these shoes, are in these shoes, or will be in these shoes one day - EMBRACE this gift. Embrace the struggle. Embrace the weight gain. Put yourself first. Make healthy choices and just LOVE the skin you're in. I was so afraid of this journey in the beginning but God's timing is perfect whether or not I was ready 🙌🏽 🙏🏽I love this body. I loved it before, I love it now, and I VOW I love it MOST after she is here. I just cannot believe that I'm at this point in my life right now. I cannot believe I get to become a mommy. I cannot believe my body is so much stronger than I ever gave it credit for. Baby girl is giving me all the feels today 🎀👶🏽 & I'm just so thankful for God's precious gift of pregnancy 🤰🏽💗 #26weekspregnant#babygirlmom

19 weeks today and Baby W is weighing in around 1/2 a pound and is already 6 inches long! 👶🏼🤰🏻
•This little one is crazy active and has been moving non-stop! Being able to see it’s little thumps and movements is so incredible!
•Sleeping has become more difficult, especially in the last week. Which has made me a tad bit more emotional/hormonal. Thank god for a patient and loving husband! 🙏🏻❤️
•Craving ALL the food this week!
•Continuing to workout 4-5 days per week. I am starting to modify more, but still feeling strong! 💪🏻
These weeks are flying by faster than ever and I am truly enjoying and soaking up every moment (both fun & not to so fun)!
