Finally a snowy picture! I spend the last weeks working and skiing and enjoyed it far too much to take a decent photo 😉
But this weekend it started to snow for real so I had to share this first of many winter impressions with you!
I’m BACK and raring to go 🤘🏻 so much so that fuck the 27th my original date to start prep for the 2019 bodybuilding season. I’m starting tomorrow 💪🏻 here I’ve taken pictures of my daily food intake of which other than the guesto meals I have sent weekly which il be replacing with an extra prepped meal come January. NO carbs Monday to Friday, protein kept high, fats from eggs and avocado 🥑 mainly as it’s the 2 healthiest sources and digestible i feel 🙏🏻 keeping my greens high to aid again digestion, fibre kept moderate and also used to pack my meals out. I aim to be hungry by the time each meal comes round but not starving!!! This is bodybuilding not body starvation 💪🏻🔥 but that being said the body does not NEED carbs!
