Special crab w starch noodle soup.
Thick starch noodle soup w prawn, fish cake n soft shell crab topped w chives n fried shallots. Not enough fried shallots to give that extra crunch since the soft shell crab was already drenched in the starch soup, making it soggy. Soup was very thick and felt a bit bland however had that hint of white pepperness. The starch noodle was thick white noodles with the overall soup being abit too heavy for me.
Really hard to photograph but this was so good: “Bun rieu cua lot.” This is a Northern Vietnamese soft shell crab and tomato rice vermicelli soup. My mom said it was her favorite thing at this restaurant, Ha Noi Corner, and it definitely did not disappoint!
