Hands down the BEST meal we had in Spain and the BEST foie gras I’ve ever had. @pur_barcelona was absolutely unreal and will definitely be critically acclaimed in the coming years (@michelinguide 👀). Swipe to the very end to see the table-side presentation of the foie gras!
From left to right: foie gras served on roasted onion and drizzled in broth ➡️ Jurassic oysters with meunière butter ➡️ shrimp tartare with diced avocado ➡️ tuna tataki served with pipirrana and avocado paste ➡️ sucker lamb ribs grilled with aioli ➡️ “carrot cake” made from carrots, orange, and cream cheese ice cream. 15/10 recommend every single one of these dishes. .
