Have you checked out my Yarn Advent Calendars, yet?
Each calendar contains 24 mini skeins (10 g) + 1 full size skein (100 g) of sock yarn.
You can choose between two options: in the first calendar all of the colorways will be speckled or variegated while in the second calendar every colorway will be self striping! ❄️☃️ Each of the skeins will arrive in a decorative box (1 for each of the 24 days) or wrapped as a gift (for Christmas Day). Spots are limited and the calendars will be shipped at the beginning of November. Shipping is already included! 🎉🎁
I’m curious - what does this quote mean to you? I think it completely speaks to what I do! Is there anything more magical than harnessing the colors of nature? I make every single skein with intention, hoping that whoever has it fall into their hands finds joy in their making. (No really, I do this - like say it in my head as I put each one in the dye bath, sorry if that makes me sound nuts).
Finished! I struggled to knit the toe-up heel flap gusset. Maybe because I didn’t read the instruction well. As for a heel flap gusset, I personally prefer knitting from cuff down. Leg section is impossible to knit two at a time. But I loved working on the textured stitches.👍

when that early morning light is just right 👌🏻 and thank goodness, because I take all of my photos on a whim and am never prepared enough to take photos in advance. For all of those makers that have their grid planned and perfected, I truly admire you, and am sad that I’ll never be that organized 😅 can anyone else relate?! Are you a plan ahead insta feed or spur-of-the-moment poster!? 🙋🏻♀️
“Sage” is another color I’m struggling with whether or not to dye over. It’s such a soft, light green, but is hard to communicate through photos. And this leads to one of my recent struggles of working on my own - not having others to bounce ideas off of. Sometimes I feel I overburden my husband and friends with questions, and being in a small town, I don’t have any local groups or resources to help either (especially when it comes to marketing or design). I’m just devouring all the podcasts I can while driving on rural backroads. I’m sure I’m not the only business owner who feels or has felt alone out there, and I do have to remind myself that I have this community here of you all to help alleviate some of those feelings!! 😘😘
