Let's keep the coffee as an example as I love my coffee 😋
Why should they come to me and not to the one next door?
"Because I have a superb blend that you will just love"
3. Take another step back and ask the second WHY
Why do you have the unique blend, what made you get the unique blend?
"Because I tasted it at ...... and I couldn't stop thinking of that taste and......"
4. Now turn around and look at your 2 WHY from your customer point of view. -
