3 months ago I started my training challenge with @thefitveganchick and I didn't know what to expect, what I could achieve. This picture speaks for itself.
I was so unhappy within myself in this first picture and I knew that pivotal point had come when it was honestly hurting to climb stairs. My fitness was on the floor with my self confidence. I didn't know what to do 😭
The reason I know Maddy is the personal trainer for me is because of her honesty and kindness. She knows how to motivate me and it made me feel like I belonged in the free weight zone from day one. The level of support is unreal and I could never achieve what I've learnt on my own 💪
I can't believe the difference within myself now, the most important thing is how much my confidence and self care outlook has improved. It's a lifestyle change. Not a diet, not a phase. I'm in this for life now. Number one is me. I look forward to having fun at the gym now and bettering myself every session🥇

You're my inspiration and I'm so happy to say friend. Never forgetting those that train together stay together 👭💜 I've now lost 8 inches off my hips and over three stone since Christmas. That's 4 dress sizes, 24➡16. I've gained so much strength mentally and physically in exchange.
