Snowboarding in Japan 🇯🇵 was always very very high on my bucket list... And last year I finally made it out to the bottomless snow I’d heard so much about. 🤤❄️ It was so good/fun/amazing/tasty/relaxing that after a ten day trip I flew home for a week, turned around and went straight back to Japan for another two weeks 😜 but this time with a bunch of rad ladies. Week 37: I admit, I was off the gym grind for a bit. I was in and out of the hospital the last few weeks. I hit the gym on Sunday and was surprised at 2x of 10 pull-ups and the 2x 10 dips. However, my curl dumbbell game has gone downhill so I need to build it up again. I went from 25lbs to 10lbs. My weight dropped to 107lbs.. This week has been good so I’ll keep grinding. Tonight’s gym sesh should be fun. Thanks for visiting and coming along with me on my fitness journey.
