Finally its time to eat mangoes 🥭 again!!!! Yeah bottom layer is 1 x cup pineapple 🍍, 2 x cup mango and 1 x cup strawberries 🍓. Top layer is 1 x cup mango, 1 x cup pineapple and 1 x cup blueberry. Topped with rawnola, chia, fresh strawbs and pineapple and of course fresh mango 🎉🎉🎉

1tbsp of almond butter
1 Tsp hemp powder
1tsp chia seeds
A few splashes of almond milk (unsweetened with added calcium and b12)

Happy Monday! Missed out on our giveaway with @nutblend ? Not to worry, because we have something for you! We’ve teamed up and created a recipe using Nut Blend’s Cacao butter and our Berry Bowl to make some delicious vegan, raw choc berry cream bars! 🍓🍫🍓🍫 Here’s the recipe:
8 Pitted Medjool Dates
3/4 cup gluten free oats
2 Revolicious Berry Smoothie Bowls
2 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 Indulgent Nut Blend jar
1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips (for drizzling)
- Line a 5x8 loaf pan with baking paper so that it covers the entire tin and hangs over the sides.
- Place the pitted dates and the oats in a food processor and process until combined. If the dates are very hard then cover in boiling water for 10 minutes before processing. Press the oat and date mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan.
- Place the Revolicious Smoothie Bowl, Nut Blend butter and maple syrup in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the nut berry mixture over the crust. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze until firm (about 2-3 hours)
- Place the dairy free chocolate chips in the microwave and heat for about 60 seconds until melted.
- Remove the bars from the freezer and use the edges of the baking paper to remove the dessert from the tin. Place it on a flat surface and slice into bars with a sharp knife.
- Drizzle the bars with the melted chocolate and enjoy! 🍓🍫

✖️1 frozen banana
✖️1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
✖️1/2 cup of ice
✖️1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
✖️1 scoop of @happywayau berry protein powder
✖️1 scoop of @happywayau greens powder

I need someone to stop me from doing silly things like running 6.5km after doing a heavy deadlift/glute workout on the same day because my legs are officially jelly. Hopefully, this protein packed smoothie bowl will help my legs recover quickly because I have to walk up the tedious stairs from the car park into uni tomorrow for my CPR course... 🤞🏻
Smoothie bowl recipe: 10 large frozen vanilla yogurt ice cubes, 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop @brawprotein vanilla bean vegan protein powder, 1/4 cup rolled oats and 2 cups @almondbreezeaus almond milk ➡️ Blend together until thick and creamy (my blender had beetroot juice and that’s why my smoothie came out with a pink tinge) ➡️ Top with alllll the toppings!!! I topped mine with fresh mango, frozen berries, protein muesli, berries, hemp seeds and a cute little gluten-free cookie 💗
Pro-tip!! Try freezing yogurt in ice cube trays and adding them to your smoothie base!!! It makes your smoothie sooooo creamy!!
