I’m not going to lie, this morning was a huge struggle. I was mentally exhausted from keeping my mind in the right spot yesterday and I was drained from added dumb stress that was put on my family. It’s amazing how one individuals words and actions can affect so many others. Monday is a new day and a new week for a fresh start. Please remember to speak life and think...is what I’m about to say or do going to leave a positive or negative impact on the lives of others?
I’m glad I took the time to get my 20 mental health sesh in and push my emotions into my weights and my faith. What are some things you do to keep your mind, body, spirit healthy?
It was good to go home even if it was just for a little while. I love going back where everyone you drive by waves, even if you don’t know them. (Also, if you want to know the way to my heart, flowers will do just fine) ❤️😊🌸
