So much for winding down for Christmas 😂 12 hour day in the office, had a very speedy desk lunch - left over chicken + veggies.
Had to skip my body combat class but made it to my Zumba one - 45 mins + a jog on the treadmill, 12K steps for the day 800+ calories burnt to make up for barely moving all day 😅🔥🔥🔥
Also had half a delicious cupcake as it’s bakemas at work at the mo - guessing about 5 syns for it. Worth. It. 🤩 🎄💫
My turn to bring in a bake tomorrow, so just finished making a banana & choc chip loaf 👌🏻🤤 tomorrow’s weigh day so I’ll treat my self to a little slice after it 😬 hope you all had a great Monday. Time for an early night!✨
👋🏻 hello ! I’ve had a load of new people here so wanted to say hello and do a little end of year recap. I’ve been healthy eating following the slimming world plan since late July and I started training with @bootcamp_uk in August. My weight has fluctuated between 13-14 stone on average and I’m currently 10 stone 9lb which is 9lb from target. I’d really like to hit target for Christmas and I’ll give it my best go! I’m married with two little girls. I understand how hard it is to fit in exercise with kids and running a home, but I don’t find excuses anymore. If you put in 100% you’ll get the results. Trust yourself, enjoy yourself and work hard !! Would love for you to introduce yourself if you’re new to my page🤭
