Today, I joined Slimming World for what will be the final time. My main aim is to feel happier, healthier and hopefully have a much more positive outlook.
I decided to jump on the bandwagon and set up this account, so that I can hold myself accountable and keep myself on track. I also like to take inspiration from others and if I could inspire or help just one other person, that would be an achievement!
Early start this morning, another 5am warm up followed by circuits with my AM lovelies before work ➡️💪. Dinner tonight was loads of speed veggies (spring greens, broc, cauli and carrot) topped with a smaller portion of spaghetti in SW tommy sauce and 8 SW meatballs 😍🍝. All syn free ans delicious as I topped it with 50% fat cheese (obvs 😋) using my #hexa 🧀. .
I was an idiot earlier....was annoyed with myself for having a semi skimmed milk latte at work, which someone got me for a meeting. It was stupid because 1. Im wayyy within my syns for the day even after the coffee 2. I've smashed past my 10k steps goal for the day and worked off 650 calories even after last week's efforts!
Sometimes you get so used to hearing it...you then end up being one of your worst critics with them 🤷♀️. Sometimes you need to stand back and focus on your achievements...today mine was resisting a TASTY looking chocolate cake which was staring me in the face all day 😂🎂. How?!...I have no idea 😂
