Breakfast was @lindamccartneyfoods sausages, tomato, scrambled tofu and spinach🌱
Lunch was at a pub and a veggie curry with rice, the only SFV option but was lovely and pretty good on plan!💚
Sunday Roast 💕 sometimes it’s worth a 4 hour round trip just to have a roast with your family! Pretty slimming world friendly apart from the cauliflower cheese and stuffing! It was lush though, family really is everything 💕👨👩👧
Day 5 week 2
Breakfast in the hotel was fresh fruit fat free yogurt and a small amount of museli, obviously couldnt weigh it but I resisted the cooked stuff and more importantly the pastries !!!!!!!! Lunch - braised steak and onions with sw roast potatoes and lots of veg just 2 syns for gravy, dessert sw choc orange roulade (1.5) with fresh fruit salad and sweetened quark.
Dinner - out with collegue 's for a Chinese, I drove so resisted alcohol, had veggie spring rolls for starter (set3 course menu ,choices limited) forgot pic lol , chose chicken and mushrooms with soft noodles for main.
Finished the day over on syns but feeling good about my choices.
Saved most of my syns for the end of the day and I’m so glad I did. I had a banana and some strawberries (free) with 2 hifi bars- 6syns (rocky road and the new sticky toffee... which may I say is my new favourite)
10g squares treat size- 2 syns and a pink and white- 2.5 syns... STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 🍓🍓🍓🍓...
also tried a new dessert today. Very tasty and quick and easy to make. Strawberry sugar free jelly- 1.5 for the sachet mixed with about 100ml boiling water then I added 250g of alpro vanilla yogurt (can use any kind though to make it less syns)- roughly 3 syns for half a tub mixed together and then added a 250g quark to the mix and separated into 3 glasses (so I am counting one glass as 1.5 syns) then I added 10g Iceland’s lighter sweetened cream (the normal one is 1.5 syns for 10g so classed it as the same anyway) and then topped with strawberries🍓 altogether one glass works out at 3 syns. Very tasty and easy to make also helps with that sweet tooth! One of these size glasses is more than enough! Can you believe the chocolate maker had NO! Chocolate of her own company in the house... I had to use a bar I purchased quite a few months ago from Waitrose 😂 when I was researching bar wrappers 😂 it’s a tough job reviewing and seeking out the right type of wrapper. Anyway, here we have 9.5 syns of yummy delicious pudding. (We shall for the purpose of this post) simply ignore the 37.5 syns used on Big Mac and fries earlier 🐷. -

- 100ml Alpro vanilla yoghurt - 1 piece of dark coconut chocolate (3) - 5g mini marshmallows (0.5) - rainbow stripe sweet (1)

So today was a huge struggle. I just wanted to eat everything but I didn’t. I’m finishing day 7 of #kateskickingbut challenge on 15 syns! Weekends are my struggle so hopefully I’m okay tomorrow because I’m determined to lose that stone and a half by Christmas. I’ve 5.5 lbs down and 15.5lbs to go.
