So here it is, the 2 week holiday gain is +1lb! Quite pleased with that! Lets talk breakfast- the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is a meal i find very easy to skip and i know this is a slippery slope if i do. It leads to crazy mid morning snacking of whatever i can get my hands on which then means i have a guilt ridden un imaginative and underwhelming lunch and then get the mid afternoon munchies bad....and then its danger hours until dinner time.
Today-mainly due to my lack of shopping is a boring breakfast but a speed filled one. Fruit, muller light (1syn) and 1 piece of wholemeal toast (hexb + 1syn for spread). #breakfasttime#slimmingworldjourney#1stmealoftheday
