F O O D ☆ Sorry for the lack of food posts... I've condensed it all into one post here. Today I've had one of the most stressful days of my life waiting to find out if I was going to be made redundant. I eventually found out at 4.30 that thankfully I'm safe (for now). I've had all the emosh going on so I've been battling with myself all day to not eat my feelings. Where do these thoughts even come from? Why do I get the urge to eat the world when I have a stressful day? Isn't the brain a complex thing! Anyway I resisted by reminding myself that you reward a dog with food and I'm not a dog!!
So I'm ending my very stressful day feeling grateful to whoever is looking out for me up there... and on 10 syns 😇👼🕉
My day today wasn’t too bad, definitely could have been better though. Breakfast HeXB for toast. Spaghetti was free 😊 lunch was noodles with fried rice 🍚 and tea was at work again, mac n cheese pot (it was awful 🤢) cereal bar 3 syns and sweet and salted popcorn 3.5syns
Lunch n brekkie today - mixed frozen fruit, half a cup of coconut milk, water, half t spoon ginger, mini banana, 2 tbl spoon of chia seeds !
