C O U C H T O 5 K 🏃♀️
As well as starting Slimming World. We have started Couch to 5k and we are 2 runs in!
I decided to try this as I can't stand going to the gym!! And hoping this will help kickstart my weight loss!
Also, I have always said I would love to do a marathon but I have never ran in my life! So we will see where this takes us!

Working nights is one of the biggest tests I’ve personally faced since starting this journey just over 2 years ago. That’s said, so far, (touchwood 🤞🏻) I have never fallen out of target range for 18 months and counting. I don’t always post my night shift snack haul as it doesn’t tend to change very much but for anyone new to my page this is the kinda things I like to have with me. Also will fill my water bottle up and tonight I aim to re fill it! So yeah... getting set for tonight!
The sun is shining so I’m pretending it’s summer again with a big plate of salad. Well actually, the Tesco delivery substituted my spinach for mixed salad and it needs using up..!! But feeling very run down so hoping all the lovely vitamins in the speedy salad leaves, tomatoes and carrots help perk me up. I also had some chopped ham, sautéed potatoes and a fried egg - which failed as I broke the yolk 😒 All #synfree and full of #speedfoods
