We talked about motivation in my group last night and how it can make food optimising really easy when we’re full of it, and downright impossible at times when we’re not feeling it! We all go through it. One of the best tips was to look at how far you’ve come. The pic on the left popped up on my timeline this morning, four years ago and three stone heavier, hiding behind the table, almost crouching and trying to be invisible. What a difference to now. I know my hair colour has changed but that kind of reflects the changes all over, inside and out! I’ll never forget how I felt back then, and how I feel now. Breakfast for me this morning, a little late though was the above! 😋 I just love baked oats... I've still got the quacker oats limited edition because I stocked up so much with them, these are counted as a healthy extra B choice.. ( I'm sure they are back in the supermarket now for this October) I've added 50g of raspberries and because they are cooked 1/2 syn to be counted for and obviously now 1 syn for the mullerlight yogurt (Turkish delight) yummy.... .

This could easily be a pudding treat on the evening with ice-cream or yogurt of you plan it on your day and syn allowance. I find also with these sachets they are sweet enough, you don't need to any any more sweetener to it. I just add 2 egg and a little mix from allowance and mix altogether.. oh and a little of the Xantham Gum to help bind together which is now (free) on the app! 😊

Breakfast for one on the balcony 😍 I brought pre weighed bags of Kellogg’s sugar free granola with me because it’s my fav breakfast and a B choice 😋 I’m going to try to make good choices on this holiday when I can. Taking on board my favourite quote from @sophz_sw ”be good where you can and careful when you can’t” 💕 (obvs that only applies to food and not alcohol) 😂 When I get back from home there’s only 3 weeks until the @slimmingworld ball and I really can’t afford to put on weight or my dress will be tight! 🙈 @callummwilli86 has gone to the gym.
